The owner doesn't speak English very well, but he figured it out through Google Translate. He welcomed us, showed us where to find things in the apartment, spent quite a bit of time with us, and marked recommendations for sights and good food on the map.

The accommodation lacks a sharp kitchen knife, a drainer for dishes, and hooks for towels. But those are little things.

Excellent welcome from Javier who gave us lots of useful local info. Air conditioning worked really well at keeping us cool during 44 deg heatwave. Nice modern style and decor. Spacious and airy. Really comfy beds - may be memory foam?

The underground parking is great as it keeps the car cool but it's a few 100m away so plan your luggage carefully!

The apartment is exactly the same as the photos. Location is excellent, only 10min from the Main Street. There were supermarket and bakery on the left after you go out from the apartment only 1 or 2 min away. Javi is so nice, he contacted us beforehand and reserved a parking slot for us which just 2min away. Communication was absolutely no problem at all. He gave us a lot of travel advices. He specifically gave a lot of good tips on restaurant choices (especially for those only locals visit). It’s a good stop if you want to travel between Bilbao and Barcelona.

Very nice apartment, recently renovated. Quite good location, 10 min walk to center.

No parking is available near to the location. The host does not speak any other languages, just Spanish. Some small items are missing from the kitchen (e.g. tablettes for the table, cutting knife, tablets for the dishwasher, teabags besides of coffee,,,)
