locatie en ontbijt waren in orde. vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie en ontbijt.
de lakens en handdoeken roken niet fris. Er is een barmaar nooit bemand dus iets drinken 's avonds zat er niet in. Het rook ook niet fris in heel het hotel.

De douchekraan was stuk kon niet douchen alleen heet water levensgevaarlijk,... ze zeiden ja was al gemeld maar nog niet gebeurd 🙄
Betaald om langer uit te slapen housekeeping klopte 3 x op deur en 4 de x kwamen ze zonder kloppen binnen echt vervelend!!

We hebben pas laat ingecheckt, maar hier werd makkelijk aan voldaan. Vriendelijk personeel.
De douche mag eens hersteld worden. Mengkraan werkte niet goed, sommige onderdelen hingen los.

Lage vom Hotel war gut, Fußweg 1min ins Zentrum / Supermarkt
Hellhöriges Familienzimmer und etwas eng für 2Erw./2Kinder.
Doppelbett viel zu klein, Matratzen unbequem & fleckig.
Bad / Dusche benötigt einen neuen Duschkopf, vor Kalk kam kaum was raus :-)

Vriendelijk onthaal, Ruime, nette kamer. Snelle en accurate reactie bij klein technisch defect in de kamer. Zeer centraal gelegen, dus ideaal voor een bezoek aan Genk.

Locatie, in het centrum en alles in de buurt op loopafstand
Jammer dat de kamers er anders uitzien dan op de foto. Op de foto ziet het er veel ruimer en schoner uit.
Gelukkig was het maar voor 1 overnachting. En jammer dat er geen deur tussen de 2 slaapruimtes zit.

Super clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. The breakfast buffet was varied with lots of choices. You can even make your own pancakes. So I would definitely recommend booking this hotel!

glass sliding door right by the bed and the toilet 6 feet from the bed behind it. you better take a workout trying to open it too.

Not much
No soap or Shampooing in the shower and on the basin. The shower door partly missed, so flood when taking shower. The last but not the least they ask me if my stay was fine at the time of check out, is too late and pointless. One more thing, my room was about 5 square meter, more suitable for a squirrel and not a person. For anybody interested do not accept room 501, tiny and next to the lift.

The room was basic, but clean.
Room key cards they gave us didn't work and then it was difficult to find any staff to fix it as this hotel doesn't seem to have a manned reception.
The shower wash and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty and not refilled. They seem to be cutting costs at every turn, including not hiring any staff.

Parking was a big problem, but in the end we parked in a 13 euro per night car park which worked out.

Lovely location straight accross the street from the station. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast!
It's tricky to find as the hotel is a bit hidden.

Location, bathroom. I also like that there was a work chair and table and a mini dining with 2 chairs.
Also it was clean and it was cleaned everyday. Good use of available space also.
I requested for a double bed as I was traveling with my husband and it was confirmed I will get it but I ended up with two single beds, feels weird to have our beds shifting aside when sleeping :(
