Die Lage ist sehr gut (zentral) Großer Parkplatz am Hotel für 12,50. Eine große Dusche war vorhanden
Personal bestand auf Zahlung beim Einchecken obwohl über booking reguliert. Das Hotel hatte bereits bessere Zeiten. Das Zimmer zur Feuertreppe, die Essensreste zeigte, war nicht schön. Nie wieder Ibis Budget!

Good hotel for an overnight stay before travelling on the next day. Very convenient for the railway station and airport.

The bed was very comfortable. We arrived late and it was easy to check in. The staff was very nice. The location is good, but not sure about safety at night. The room was spacious enough and the street is not loud at night.
The reception area is not very well maintained. We did not choose to have breakfast at this location (which seemed to expensive for what was on the offer) for this reason also. It did not seem very clean and not comfortable to have breakfast (right at the entrance).

locatie was super, juist naast trein station en de centrale busverbindingen.
ik was alleen voor een nacht door een late vlucht en vond 99 euro zonder ontbijt een beetje duur.

No air conditioning when it was 31 degrees outside. Room temperature was probably about 35 degrees at night.
Had to have a cold shower at 3 o’clock in the morning to cool me down.
Also there was only 2 plug sockets so only one of us could charge our dead phone battery’s as had to be use one for the fan that just blew hot air round the room.

The male staff were not very friendly . The lady was nice . Room tiny had to walk sideways out of the bed.

Did not like it at all.
Room was not welcoming, extremly noisy (could hear everything happening i the hall), nothing on the walls, view to a backally looking like trash. Not even a toiletbrush. We skipped prepaid breakfast because a bug was crawling on the bread.

The service was great. The two receptionists were really friendly, Mario is a great receptionist, very friendly and professional. The night portier also, very focused and experienced. Great staff.

It was Ok. Convenient if travelling by train
I have stayed at better hotels in Belgium for the same price. E. G Holiday Inn Hasselt a much better hotel. The area around the hotel is tense, and with little serious walkable restaurants. I would not recommend it to business travellers.

Very close to the center, nice parking. Very nice breakfast with vegetables and fresh orange juice

Great location for the train station.
Friendly staff- helpful when we couldn't get a taxi..The room was basic but clean with surprisingly comfy beds( they looked a bit spartan).
This was not the fault of the hotel but taxi links from Charleroi airport were very poor and we could not get hold of the taxi that the hotel recommended. Our flight was late and we missed the last bus - I would definitely stay again if it was easier to get to ftom the airport!
