Alles was fantastisch! Vriendelijk personeel l, fijne kamer en een lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Midden in het centrum, dus overal dichtbij.

We hadden kamers met toegang naar de patio, maar de patio stelde niet zoveel voor. Met een betere inrichting (en schone stoelen) hadden we hiervan wellicht gebruik van kunnen maken.

Staff were rude. Our bill was incorrect and they charged us for things we didn't order. We got a late check out confirmed for 12 (instead of 11). Despite that, they kept calling at 11 wanting to get out. Very rude

The location is excellent in terms of reaching the public transport and the main train station. Also about 10-15 walk to the center. The design of the rooms and the toiletries is very nice.

That can be noisy at night due to some cafe-bars nearby the hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé près de la gare, du tram et des bus. Le P+R Luchtbal (1 euros les 24H) est accessible en 20 minutes via la station Astrid (ligne 6) situé à deux pas de l'hôtel. Beaucoup de possibilités de se restaurer autour. L'endroit dégage une sensation de zenitude, il est très cosy. La chambre est magnifique, très cocoon et la literie et les oreillers sont hyper confortables. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée et au départ (chocolats et biscuits). Nous avons également apprécié pouvoir prendre un verre au bar de l'hôtel dans une ambiance très cordiale. En bref, nous ne pouvons que conseiller cet hôtel comme pied à terre pour un séjour à Anvers!

Good size room . . . double for single use. Bed was comfortable enough - pillows were hard and bulky, though. Pleasant "arty" - "urban" - boutique style decor. A safe and fridge available. Complimentary bottle of water is welcome. "Environmental Awareness"Option to skip daily cleaning in return for a voucher to use in their bar/restraurant (buys a single drink) Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Some nice casual dinner options available in the bar downstairs. Nice selection of Breakfast items available incl fresh fruit, pastries, rolls & charcuterie. Room keycard required for lift to operate is a reassuring security measure in view of the location/street population in the area...

LOCATION: near Central Station & ChinaTown = BUSY square, crowded area, a "going-out" area = lots of noise/shouting, police sirens throughout day and night ... this might not suit everyone. NOISY . . . The building surpringly lacks any kind of NOISE insulation: street traffic, crowds - folks shouting at all hours in the streets, police sirens until the early hours, music from bar nextdoor . . . especially at weekend AUDIBLE from the 8th FLOOR! This I did not expect and I dread to think how room occupants at lower levels get on . . . Room only has a few hangers and lacks shelf space if there were two of you or you were staying any length of time it might be a problem. Room temperature control ? ? ? Bedside Spotlights good for reading but really too bright for use in the night. No dimmed light option.

La chambre était très sympathique, bien décorée et agréable. Nous avons eu le choix à l'enregistrement de choisir notre chambre (front ou back de l'hôtel). Le front est un peu bruyant mais raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner lui était super, copieux et il y avait pas mal de choix. Les gaufres sont vraiment un plus notable pour ce petit déjeuner. L'accueil a été parfait, bien accueilli, le personnel est chaleureux et à l'écoute de ses clients, merci infiniment. Nous avons passer une super séjour. La literie et la salle de bain ont été très apprécié pendant notre séjour.

Les hôtels proches gares ne sont jamais vraiment les plus attirants, et la location bien que pratique, n'est pas la plus attractive. Bien que l'hôtel est propre et neuf, je trouve que notre chambre manquait un peu d'attention dans le détail des finitions (tête de lit un peu abimée, mur un peu salit etc.) Même si le budget de la nuit n'est pas excessif, pour 150 euros, j'attendais un peu plus de soin dans les lieux.

Very clean, comfortable and staff was very friendly. We were given the option of a room with a view or a quieter one, we chose the second and it was amazing.

The room was very hot, the thermometer was difficult to adjust.

Uns wurde ein Zimmer mit Aussicht oder ein ruhiges Zimmer angeboten (beide im 7. Stock) Wir wählten dass ruhige Zimmer, welches schlussendlich immer noch sehr laut war, auch nachts. Ich möchte nicht wissen wie laut es wohl in dem Zimmer mit Aussicht ist :-)

Bedden liggen lekker en het was goed schoon. Personeel is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kamers zijn stijlvol ingericht.

Het ontbijt was erg duur en alles wordt stipt opgeruimd zonder aankondiging (op zondag 11u), zodat je weinig kans hebt om nog wat te pakken. Ik zou het eerder “een goed 3*” noemen dan 4*.

This was our second time staying at an IHG hotel (stayed at IHG York last year). All of the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, the room was very clean and nicely decorated, the facilities were great, and the hotel was very quiet so we slept well each night. Location was superb, price was really good, and the restaurant was lovely too. I also thought the cleaning voucher scheme was really great and we took advantage of it during our stay and used our credit towards a lovely meal in the restaurant. I’m so glad we chose this hotel and I would definitely recommend.

Nothing negative to say. Everything was great and the hotel exceeded our expectations.
