* The hotel is located in a wonderful place. If the weather is pleasant, you can walk around, it's boat dock in front of the hotel. Also marine life center (Kattegatcentret) which is good idea to visit when you travel with kids. * We choose this hotel because of SPA. There are 2 pools. One big and one small for kids. Also jacuzzi. There are sauna and steam bath. We like this "pool area". * Breakfast - great variety, fresh and delicious! Even the bread was hot at 8:30 am.

* There are NO HAIR DRYERS! Neither in the apartment nor in the changing room in SPA area. * Jacuzzi works only ~10mins and then you have to wait ~10mins of cleaning (so it's no bubbles, you just lay in still water) to start jacuzzi working again. * In the apartment - little closet under the sink in bathroom could be cleaner ... Also it would be better if there was a lighting (lamp) above the shower. It's too dark in the shower if you close the shower curtain.

The staff was good, there was a good view from the location. The pool area was great with a relatively long pool, boble-bath, sauna and steam bath. Outside the hotel there was a big parking lot to park your car.

There was some dust under the bed On the cabinet door under the desk, it says "Mini bar", and when you open it, there was no refrigerator with snacks or beverages, which was a little disappointing. The bed was two single beds combined, which made it a little difficult to sleep together with your partner.

Location and breakfast was okay.

Old and small room. Needs renovation. Unfriendly receptionist. Emty reception during checkout time.

It was nice having a sauna, whirlpool and a fitness room.

The room and the hotel is very old. The room has not been clean. We found hairs everywhere. The fitness room was not cleaned in a proper way.

Bedroom decor a little dated but clean and comfortable.

This is a nice hotel that is close to the beach and near the ferry. It has good accomodations and a nice pool/spa area. While it is a little dated, the staff and the location make up for it.

In total the helpful hotel. The underfloor heating in the bathroom, excellent breakfast.
