We had to leave early and could still get breakfast Toilet paper was extremely soft

Very expensive for short notice and what you get in comparison to other hotels. Mould in bathroom. Airco didn't work Surprise parking fees and tourist tax on top of the too expensive fee for the rooms.

Friendly staff, especially the front desk who helped out with parking a Defender and trailer with a classic Jaguar!

breakfast was excellent - room adequate but a little overpriced - dinner in the Italian restaurant is recommended. The waiter was very attentive.

No bath towels in the room. When I rang housekeeping no reply so rang the reception. I was ordered to come down and collect towels. when i got there i was offered one bath towel and a handful of hand towels. i was told they were having problems with housekeeping. I responded this is not my problem and the minimum a guest would expect is to have towels to take a shower. Unwillingly the receptionist went to housekeeping and got another towel virtually throwing it on the reception desk. Its a shame as i have stayed at Movenpick hotels a number of times and never a problem. however it doubt i will use them again.

In the advertising in Booking.Com there was mention Parking available with no indication that we need to pay for it. We had to pay 12 CHF the night in addition to the price of the room. This should be mandatory to precise the cost of the parking for such a value.

there were constant loud conversations by groups of people outside directly under the room. we asked them to be considerate and they laughed and continued until 2:30 am on a Wednesday. then more came at 5-6 and the guffawing and loud posturing behavior continued right where we were. not ok by any means tell people to respect the fact that it’s actually a hotel where people come to sleep

family rooms are fantastic and very nice staff!
