Chambre spacieuse, Hôtel richement décoré. Proche de tous les lieux à visiter. Salle de petit déjeuner magnifique et beaucoup de choix au buffet. Personnel très accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité/prix compte tenu des prestations.

There is no natural light inside and what looks grand and impressive in photos was dated and dark in person. The colour scheme in my small room was particularly overpowering in clashing bright greens. My window looked directly at a wall.

wow wow wow! room decorations are really good. we stayed at the superior room and it is very spacious. Greeting at the reception is great and very informative. Breakfast ambiance and variety is perfect ! specific thanks to the team at breakfast service. helped us all the way. location is very close to many attractions in Oslo.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The concierge - who deserves a raise - went above and beyond to help us and is single-handedly elevating the customer service of the hotel. The desserts in the cafe were fantastic. Room and specifically the bed was quite comfortable. There were a few key receptionists that were cheerful, enthusiastic and helpful. With a few tweaks would be a true luxury hotel.

Firstly, it's not actually a 5-Star hotel. There are no real valets nor bell-hops. The receptionists when available do their best to help - but it is incorrectly rated on booking.com as its actually a 4-Star. Parking was overly expensive at $55/day. I slipped and fell from a quite dangerous step in the bathroom on a waxed wooden floor and really hurt myself with extensive bruising and the receptionist at that time that I mentioned it too basically expressed indifference and made no effort of trying to resolve the problem - eg suggesting a mat or alternative solution.
