El personal era muy amable, tanto en la recepción como en el desayuno. Estaba muy cerca de la estación porque llegamos a Oslo en avión pero para llegar al centro utilizamos en tren.

No me gustó la cama, era muy incómoda. Era como si estuviera inclinada hacia el centro. Tampoco nos gustó el desayuno, porque era un buffet muy justino, solo había un tipo de yogurt, un sólo tipo de huevos, no había repostería,…. lo siento pero esta vez no,nos gustó tanto.

Die Lage des Hotel ist super. Preis-Leistung ist auch sehr gut, und die Zimmer sind auch ok für ein Kurztrip nach Oslo

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahr gekommen, aber trotzdem empfehlenswert.

mid hotel. Strømmen gikk flere ganger på rommet vårt og det ble ikke fikset med engang selv om vi sa ifra. Rommet var ikke som på bildet, veldig mørkt og utsikten var en skitten vegg og søppelrommet. Han duden i resepajsonene var frekk og brydde seg ikke om vårt opphold.

Building works outside room, but otherwise great hotel. Very central, traditional and comfortable

A good selection. Although, I missed a cappuccino machine.

Located very close to the Central Railway Station (5 min walk), room was quite large, had a table, a chair and a bench, so two persons could sit at the table. WC was proper. The hotel has a terrace on the roof with a nice view of the Opera house.

We happened to come down for breakfast when the place was full, so it was hard to find a table and the place felt noisy and overcrowded.

Localization.

Cleaning service need to be payed. No new towell every day. No salomon on breakfast.

Breakfast is PACKED with limited seating and the staff was helpful, but most times if the day there’s only one person working the reception and the bar by themself which made the wait time to be helped longer

Good central position, good price, good staff, good breakfast.

too crowded at breakfastst time, people walking around with trays of food and nowhere to sit and eat. We found it better to get up at least 1hour earlier than we would to get a seat.

We arrived early and we intended to leave our luggage until check-in time but we were offered our room since was ready! That helps a lot after a long travel day. The room was very comfortable and had a very good night of rest even when our room faced the street, it was quiet and dark thanks to the blinds and a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious too!

Location was perfect and breakfast good.

The room felt like a cell with one dirty skylight and very warm (lack of ventilation). The two nights we were there the corridor still had tissues and a tooth floss/pick lying on the floor so not that clean and had to request a bath towel as room only had one between us - we were happy to keep the same towels for both nights. Staff were generally ok but one girl on the desk seemed really disinterested, annoyingly so. Ordered a tea/coffee at reception to take up to the room (no minibar or room facilities which was fine) but we had to request milk, a cup (paper), sugar, a lid cover and temperature scalding hot to carry up several floors. She seemed not to want to bother with things, guys on check-in and check-out were the opposite though.

No cosmetics,no tea kettle in the room,no possibility to make tea or coffee,breakfast ok,but could be better...no butter for breakfast,,quite expensive,there are more convienient hotels located in the center for better price

The staff members are extremely nice and helpful. The room was pretty clean. The dining/meeting area was really nicely designed and useful.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the food was bland. The hallway to our room seemed a bit dirty.
