Oia Mare Villas is amazing! You can not get a better "Santorini" view. We were impressed with the pick up from the port- they were on time and the driver was so nice and gave us a ton of initial advice on what to do! We also were amazed at the Oia Mare staff that helped us lug our big bags throughout the many stairs of Oia (they are so strong!) We watched the sunset from our porch multiple nights- free of the big crowds that come into Oia at sunset! It was close to a ton of amazing restaurants and the staff was top notch! They gave us advice and booked us excursions even day of without issue. Would highly recommend Oia Mare to anyone staying in Santorini. 6/5 stars!!!

Nice location, the room was as per the photos, but the experience was a bit different to what we expected, eg the breakfast was below par. It’s nice but doesn’t have the 5 star hotel service you would expect for the cost per night.

Toilet door would not close and we requested 3 times to be fixed. Left with it still not fixed. Coffee pods and water only offered on first day not thereafter for a stay of the 6 days. Ordered take away pizza at night from limited menu but was told no cheese. Next day no one can deliver to your room. It was supposed to be room service.

We had a great experience at Oia Mare Villas. It is a little tricky to get to the property due to the many stairs, but this is Santorini; stairs are part of the experience and you just need to get used to it. Very easy to arrange a transfer pickup from the airport to the hotel and the hotel staff will assist with all of your luggage to get to the property. They also assisted us in getting a transfer to the port after our stay and took care of our bags. Hotel staff were exceptional. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and polite. The room was spotless. Only complaint was the shower was a bit odd with no door or curtain so the water went everywhere. The view from our room could not be better. Gorgeous sight lines of the caldera and the famous Oia sunset right from our balcony. Location is also fantastic. Very central to restaurants, bars, and shops. Also right next to Ammoudi Bay which is beautiful (if you are up for the many steps)! I would definitely recommend this location! Thank you Oia Mare Villas for making our first time in Santorini very special!

Liked the view from the hotel. there was an unbeatable view.

Shower water would get cold and stay cold 10 minutes into shower. Not enough towels in the room. Not a ton of options for breakfast and wouldn’t refill trays once they ran out

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was magnificent.

The food was not good. The menu needs to be redone. The alcohol selections were horrible. No top shelf liquor.

We stayed here as part of a family holiday in May 2023. There were 5 of us all together and we stayed in 3 separate villas, all with our own private hot tubs :) Oia Mare Villas is paradise! However, if you are unable to navigate steep stairs, this isn't the location for you. It is worth all the stair climbing though, for the magical views and wonderful staff on-site! From the moment we booked online, George was incredible with his communication, helping us to organise a birthday surprise for our Mum, including a birthday cake and her room filled with the most beautiful balloons, it was very special! She was so surprised when we checked in, the staff pulled it off perfectly :) They also helped us make restaurant bookings and were always so friendly. The hotel chef was also fabulous and breakfast every morning was a delight! We honestly can't wait to come back again one day :)
