Heel mooi hotel en zwembad, vlak aan het strand, heel comfortabele bedden

De kraan van het bad werkte niet, we kregen de temperatuur niet geregeld en nadien kon de kraan niet meer uit. Los daarvan alles super

Loved this property, location was awsome being across the road to the beach and everything within walking distance, the staff were amazing nothing was a problem, the rooftop infinity pool was amazing especially at sunset and breakfast at the restaurant was so spot on. The rooms are fantastic and suite every budget.

目の前がクタビーチという立地。 屋上にあるインフィニティプールから眺めるビーチなどの景色が最高です。 空港からも近く、道が混んでいなければ、タクシーで15分程度 （ただ、ハイシーズンは周辺の道路が慢性的に渋滞しており、道を歩く際に危ないです）

この値段からすると、朝食の種類が思ったより少なく、もう少し種類が多いと良かった。味は良かったです。 近くにクラブなどがあり、周辺エリアの夜の治安はあまり良くないです。 クタビーチの目の前ですが、このビーチは波が高く、サーフィン専門といった場所なので、サーフィン目的ではなかった私には、立地の良さをそれほど享受できなかった。

Mecure Kuta Bali is located in the heart of Kuta, right across from the beach and is nearby everything. There are many local and western restaurants along the strip, as well as some 7/11s and pharmacies, and a mall. As you walk around the block, you will see many shops selling the same items - souvenirs, clothing, shoes, bags and other trinkets. The hotel is also connected with a surfing school, so if it's something you want to try, all you have to do is go into the lobby and head towards the surfing signage. The staff are friendly and I want to give a shoutout to the staff working at the restaurant. I enjoyed my meal - it was delicious and the staff ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed. There was also a young man singing live during dinner hours. I didn't get his name but he had a lovely voice. Overall, a lovely stay at Mecure!

The hotel is a bit pricey, however it is in the heart of Kuta, Bali, which probably contributes to the cost.

Staff is not that friendly or helpful. If you want to know or ask something about where to go or how to go. They tell us to ask someone else. And the whole hotel doesn’t have enough umbrella for me….And the lobby is dusty. Is it a standard of Mercure? I don’t think so….

Awesome view and pool. The view from the top deck was beautiful especially at sunset. Very clean rooms my room was cleaned every day couldn’t fault the room cleaners they were fast and thorough. Gorgeous green plants and fish pond in reception area . The only thing that was an issue was the water in the shower I couldn’t get a comfortable temperature it went from hot to cold hot to cold ect. Air conditioning was icy and WiFi worked fine.

Shower water temp, no menu for room service, the pool bar was in a strange spot but still ok .

Up to date and stylish room decor and facilities. The location was great BUT.

Situated right next to Hard Rock Hotel Kuta. very loud music started just as I got into bed. Breakfast was very ordinary. The 3 star place I stayed in before this had far superior breakfasts. I could not get aircon working after breakfast. Rang reception to ask for assistance. Their response was “ You are checking out today aren’t you?” The promised assistance did not arrive. Hot, uncomfortable room for several hours. At check-in I was hoodwinked into believing that they were giving me a wonderful upgrade to a deluxe, sea view room.. ot much sea to see from the room and it faced east onto Hard Rock Hotel, which was very noisy.
