Location, good size room, very good breakfast, nice friendly staff

We had very noisy neighbours and had to complain to night staff as it woke us all up two nights running. A very creaky noisy spare bed for my daughter.

The room was bright and roomy, good facilities and friendly approachable staff (when they arrived) Lots of free coffee Great breakfast

When the desk is not maned, there is a poster with a number to call on it - however no one answered it When we checked in, we were told breakfast was from 6am on Monday, in the room and lift it was again advertised as open from 6am It wasn't and there didn't seem much interest in resolving that - so instead of a nice relaxing morning, we had to rush, not at all how we wanted the day to go

Location was great, next to the offices I needed to work. The gym was also good which helps to relieve the stress. Same as the breakfast, which is of good quality.

The coffee machine was a bit complex to operate in order to get a latte. Also the treadmill of the right side seems to be damaged since it stops after 5-10 minutes running.

Breakfast was good, varied and plentiful although the warm items were only just warm. The location is good, just next to the marina where there are some great restaurants & a short walk up into the City centre.

The room was very small with offices overlooking. A practical and functional hotel rather than a luxurious one

Conveniently close to the water, distance to Central Station a bit far for walking. Very friendly staff. We were travelling with a baby, it was no problem to get a baby bed and we were placed in a very spacious room :) Good breakfast

Locations was perfect. Breakfast was awesome, i really enjoyed it.... A lot of choices Bathroom was very clean and functional

The bed was too small, however being solo, it was ok. What i didnt like was it kept moving everytime i turned... The lighting outside my room, woke me up all the time... The curtain did not cover the window properly... Staff at the reception need some customer care training... One lady was getting irritated when i asked to pay some wine in cash, really?

It's a nice hotel in general, the breakfast and the location are amazing, staff is nice.

It was too cold. I believe the heating system doesn't work. I also saw more people complaining of that. I complained everyday of my stay, still they couldn't help me. Also the ventilation system was too dirty, too much dust everywhere. In the end I got a sinus infection because this condition was not good for my health.

Location and room were great.
