Just wonderful!

The condo had all the amenities and more. My partner and I appreciated the extra towels, beach equipment, irons, and room fan. The location is convenient to get to from the airport and is right between the north and south sides of the island.

The property was great. Came with hangers, irons, fridge, microwave, extra towels and beach equipment. Great location in Kapaa!

It was a wonderful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rocco was an excellent contact person. The only down side was the the kitchen area needed cleaning and we were a group of 3 and needed 2 bath towels each instead there were only 4 bath towels total.

Great location to watch the sunrise. The unit needs a major upgrade and deep cleaning. It is dated. Furnitures are old and worn out. The only pro in staying at this place is the location, the Coconut Market Place and most of all watching the sunset on a lounge chair right on the beach.

My best friend and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it! It's right on the beach and we could see the water from our balcony. There's also a nice pool and hot tub on the hotel grounds. The AC worked very very well which was nice when it was hot and humid out. There were also boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels on the balcony which was a great surprise! The pull out bed was good given it's a pull out bed. They were very responsible and accommodated our late check out due to our flight time. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again

I absolutely loved my stay at this place and would definitely choose it again in the future. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything I needed. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony. It was truly amazing to wake up to such a beautiful sight. The room itself was incredibly cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, my experience was excellent and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay with a great location, stunning views, and cozy accommodations.

This particular condo was very good for my stay. I didn't stay in the room much due to outside activities, but it met my needs well. Bed slept perfect for me. AC was very handy. All extra amenities were very useful. View was amazing. The only issue was that sofa was stained quite a bit and overall decor was a bit dated, but again the plan was to enjoy the island and not specifically the room. If planning to have fancy room design for stay, this one is not for you. But if desire is to have comfortable and private place to come back to at the end of the day. This one will do just fine. Also note that there is only one USB charger in the room and that is the electronic devices, but plenty of wall plugs for a block. Planning another visit very soon.

This was a wonderful place. You had a great view from the room of the grounds and ocean. You can swim off this beach, but water shoes are nice. Had extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. Plenty of eating places within walking distance. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Nothing negative.

Ocean view from the patio, perfect location of property next to the shopping and restaurants, property has nice pool and easy beach access. Responsive property manager with easy check in and check out. Great vacation!

The condo was cute, the property was gorgeous! The views from the balcony were perfect. Close to the pool and bar, Coconut market is just a short walk away and wonderful. I do wish they had a guest laundromat, that would make this stay perfect. Bed is a little stiff, hide-a-bed was nice. Overall, it was just as they described. Price was great. Mahalo🌴🍍🌺

Screen door did not open or close well. Thanks to Monica for getting someone to open the safe for us it was much appreciated!! Location is great just needs to be deep cleaned better.

You have a view of the ocean and pool area (to see when the prime time to hop in the hot tub is) and are walking distance from a grocery store, beach, shops and restaurants. They included beach chairs, boogie boards, hiking sticks, a cooler, and everything you need to use the grills by the pool. Truly a great stay!

The property is in a great location and it was perfect for the two of us. Loved the walk path and waves crashing in.. We will book again!!

Lovely location and close to airport. A few lights were burned out in the unit.

The place was clean and as advertised. It was basically a standard hotel room, but that was totally fine for our few days in Kauai. Really good location to explore the rest of the island, but there was also plenty of stuff nearby. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar on site. The lanai offered nice views . The mini fridge in the room doesn’t have a little freezer area which limits some of your grocery options. The biggest complaint is the overall price, and in particular, the cleaning fee. $400+ for a cleaning fee for a standard hotel room after two people stayed there for 3.5 days is quite excessive. Either they are in need of a new cleaning crew or this was a bit of a cash grab by the owners. Overall, it was a nice stay but I do feel like we overpaid a bit.

Condo #234 was a really great place to stay in Kauai. The view was exceptional and it was so nice to have the beach and pool area so close to us. The grounds are really beautiful and the resort was very easy to find.The condo itself was very clean when we arrived and was just as advertised. It was very quiet which was great as the chickens can be very loud everywhere else! I would definitely stay here again and I am sad to leave the amazing views! My only complaint is that I wish there was another lamp or lighting source in the room since the ones that were there were kind of dim. But honestly that is such a minor thing as we spent most of our time on the lanai watching the waves and people watching at the pool so it didn’t really matter much.

We had a great stay here. The property is exactly as described. It is right on the beach, with a great pool and other amenities. Short walk (less than 5 min) to shopping and food. Communication with the owner was also fantastic. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Kauai.

This is my second stay in October to this condo. I think ill do it every year. Rm234 is exceptionally just right. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, pretty views, gardens and right at the sparkling ocean! Trust the owners, they do everything to make your stay feel safe and secure and like a retreat from the rat race. Mahalo.

Beautiful resort with beach to swim and snorkel. Room was clean and air conditioning was great. Property manager and staff were very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

Everything as described with lots of beach and pool accessories provided. Recommend replacing the mattress (is beginning to swale) and replacing the towels. Will select a unit with a walk in shower instead of a tub next time.

Great location. Bus line close by. Wailua River kayaking and hiking trails in walking distance. Mountain Tubbing one bus stop away is a must do! Kauai was wonderful!!

Overall it’s an OK place to stay in Kauai, with partial ocean view, private beach and pretty good amenities. The so-so part was on cleanliness: bedding are OK clean but not perfect; the listing has some smell resembling dated hotels, which I guess might have come from the carpets…also walls are paper thin, so if you want some quality sleep but your neighbors are watching TV till late night, good luck with that (earplug didn’t completely help). With this price I would say you can’t find better though. So overall, it’s good for smaller group.

I've been to this resort before but haven't stayed in this unit. It is a beautiful location and well cared for unit. The only complaint (very minor) was that the sofa bed was very squeaky. My friend and I ended up sharing the bed. Problem solved! Would love to come back.

Our stay was fabulous! The host communicated clearly before our trip so we knew exactly where to go and how to get into the condo. Then upon our arrival on the table there is a bottle of wine chilling and several snacks. It was very welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. It was perfect for two people. The lanai was great and had a beautiful garden an ocean view. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Kauai.
