The meal was good but made all the better by the kids eating free. The staff were all friendly and helpful, I like the fact that staff would fill my water bottles without extra cost.

A small misunderstanding with reception caused a little confusion which, I don't mind as these things happen but it was the way the receptionist blamed someone else suggesting they had a trainee rather than just apologies and move on

We booked the standard super king room, however the big bed is just two beds pushed together so not that comfortable. Overall the room was a lot darker than in the pictures and smelt very badly of mould and mildew especially coming from the bathroom which was in need of an update, also the carpet was old and had a lot of stains on it so did not feel clean to walk on. For the price of 160EURO per night it felt steep for the quality and cleanliness of the room.

Location was perfect for us. Facilities were amazing. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough. Especially the gentlemen on the front desk. Breakfast was really good quality food. They had different milk options and accommodated allergies

Bigger beds, beds were also uncomfortable compared to other hotels like premier inn. Our room was on the lower floor, behind reception so we heard what we think was the boiler all night.

The location. Diving into London is very easy. The breakfast in my youngest terms is "brilliant" Plenty of parking an two minutes away from places to eat.

Small gripes - only having 2 towels when we got there after a long drive. Hotel knew we were a family of four. The two lads are teenagers. The changing rooms in the leisure area could be tidied up. Very small things.

Soon as I got there great looking hotel met very welcome hotel brilliant best holiday inn I’ve been ever facilities brilliant Tiffany Tiffany Tiffany pool side was AMAZING SO helpful it’s a job but made my trip how she helped Juliet my friend in about of pool outstanding Katie in restaurant amazing so caring all 3 staff at breakfast amazing so help full breakfast fantastic wen I left brilliant lady from night bf so friendly and look forward to going back one day anyway u have amazing staff fantastic venue cleans immaculate 10 out o 11 best ever all involved recommend all day long and Tiffany your amazing. Great location for visiting Harry Potter studio tour, breakfast was a good standard and the overall feel of the hotel is nice. The pool is an added bonus for the kids to have a little splash around.

Only complaint was the size of the bed, it was only a double and when you are used to a king size it feels small.

Asked for a travel cot - this was promised but not set up. Understandably they had Christmas parties but put our room (with baby which they knew) right by reception(room 37), we should have been moved to the back of the building

swimming pool was filthy, in the UK. Honestly I’ve never seen anything like it. The water wasn’t transparent. It was brown, muddy. There is obviously some issue going on and it felt very weird.

We’ve been to this hotel several times before. We like the location, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We’re going to stay there again.

A bit old and tired in the pool area but work is getting done. Service charge of 10% on each drink bought at the bar was excessive particularly when you go to the bar and get served and take it back to your own table.

The hotel was lovely and modern and the staff were excellent and helpful. We stayed with the intention of going to Warner brothers studios the following day and they pre-booked us a taxi for the morning and gave us information on where we can leave our luggage. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast at a hotel we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend to anybody.

It was slightly out of the way for shops/restaurants but that didn’t bother us, we were happy to walk. The room was tidy and relatively clean, if I was being super picky the windows could do with a clean but that’s all.

All as you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Ideal base for a night or two.

Some leisure facilities weren't working. Some restaurant staff were a little slow and forgot things we asked for.

Very impressed with the hotel, excellent facilities and very good breakfast. Would stay again.
