The rooms badly need upgrading the beds and mattresses very poor condition need upgraded all the room doors slam very loudly shut so this needs looked at… the curtains are not black out if I’m honest the premier inn is streaks ahead way way better

The best service I've had in a hotel in a long while!

Changing rooms in the swimming pool were a little run down.

The staff made the 2 day stay.

We needed a break from hectic life and felt it had everything we needed to relax. Good food and the spa topped it off!

The bed was really squeaky and as I’m a very light sleeper you were scared to move!

Staff were lovely, polite and friendly and courteous Had a slight issue with the lights. Very quick to correct it.

Can’t fault it

The staff that were working at the bar were so amazing. Friendly beyond helpful and they made my birthday stay extra special. The girl on reception also was just beyond helpful and was far too kind. Overall we had the best time 😊 our stay was fantastic and the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was delish.

The location wasn't the best but it was a quick taxi from the train station.

Very clean and spacious room. The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with great choices. Am gluten intolerant and they had special toast and toaster so had full English and lots of fruit. The leisure facilities are great and are part of your booking. Will definitely go back again when visiting my in laws in Airdrie.

De lokatie is goed, de snelweg zit dichtbij zodat alles goed bereikbaar is. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lounge is gezellig ingericht en de kamers waren ruim.

De douche had wel iets minder eco gemogen, er kwam maar zachtjes water uit. Het zou al hebben geholpen als het een douchekop had die je kunt instellen.

Good corporate hotel with a large pool and leisure facilities. Staff were great and we had a lovely overnight stay. Had a nice meal in the restaurant, a nice choice of food and was good and hot. The leisure part had a lovely pool with 2 saunas & 2 steam rooms but there is lots of lockers but no proper changing rooms, you have to change in the middle of the room. Its easy to get on the motorway from the hotel and the hotel was clean & comfortable.

I liked the swimming and the food from the restaurant.

I didn't like the fact that all of the room facilities that were in the description of the room that I had spent my budget on just weren't there atall. I spoke to the management about this and they told me they had contacted booking.com about this and she urged me to ask for a refund from yourselves because of the false description, as I said it was the reason I spent my budget on that specific room. Can you please contact the establishment to have this and speak to the lady that checked me in, as I am not happy one bit. I feel like I have been fleeced for my money, which was a grant to me from a carer's for carer's and was spent on a room you had falsely described on your app which had a very negative effect on my time there. I would like a refund of the money as it was spent on false information and totally wasted.

Location good for where we wanted to be dinner and breakfast purchased on top of room price worth every penny no complaints

When i complained in the morning about room 212 being back to back with the lift and noisy all night the receptionist could not care less she said we should have got up and came down to reception and we would of been moved im sure this room gets many complaints so why put us in it for a 1 night stay we were shattered in the morning not to mention they expect us to move rooms through night . very disappointed with staffs attitude just got a oh i’m sorry and that was it.

Beautiful hotel, quiet area for an industrial estate next to a motorway, lovely polite staff, clean, nice breakfast. BUT ... Come prepared because there are no shops apart from a mile walk in each direction, not a hotel for people without a car or on a budget, the closest bus stop was also a fair walk. Very expensive for food or drink, £3.25 for a can of pepsi !! But with there being no shops close by we were forced to pay ridiculous prices, there is a vending machine which was handy the first day but sadly it was out of order the second. The poolside and shower room floors I noticed were polluted with hairs, granted it's a natural thing and not avoidable but it made it really grubby not to mention the plasters at the poolside, the pool and jacuzzis were VERY crowded, I feel the pool should be for guests only and it would make it more leisurely for the guests as it was not enjoyable because there was to many people. I found the hotel room not to be anything exceptionally different from a hotel at £60 per night. I wouldn't say it was worth all the hype. Sadly I don't feel I would stay here again for this simple fact.

Breakfast was great and the leisure facilities are good as well

Very disappointed with the room. There was a buzzing noise from the light switch next to the bed all night. The bed had someone else’s long black hair inside it and the same with the bathroom floor. There was also no AC in the room. The heater on the wall was so old fashioned and took ages to heat the room. There was also not one at reception or check out this morning to complain regarding this. Someone else was partying on this floor as well till around 2am and the gap under the door is very noticeable it’s let’s all the light come into the room at night time too. Not a great stay from us.

Booked a room advertised as having balcony and I paid extra for this reason, but this hotel has locked the balcony doors and they are unusable

The warm cookie on arrival. The breakfast selection was great. My son loved the pool. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but we were given a complimentary drink while we waited.

Room heating problems

The facilities where excellent great swimming pool, hot tubs, steam rooms and sauna. Staff where really friendly and easy to deal with.

They forgot to do the request in the room for our anniversary but they did apologise and brought a bottle of wine to room the room for my partner.

Breakfast ok must say choice not as good as previous visits not fabulous

Love this hotel

Feel that they are really poor with the amount of toilet roll and there was no conditioner in the bottle. Housekeeping always wake you up too early.

The hotel looked beautiful, very clean

The changing rooms at the pool/spa were communal and female or male. I was there alone with my son who had to go in a changing room himself with grown men walking about naked, he was very upset and didn’t know what to do, wasn’t allowed in the female changing room with me, I don’t like my child being in a room alone with strangers never mind naked strangers. For this reason only we would not go back to this hotel. I felt very unsafe having to do this, there should be a family changing for mother and son or father and daughter to use
