We went there with family and loved our stay. The staff is super friendly and try to cease every opportunity to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend any family to go and stay there.

They don't have lifts in the main building (it's only three stories and you enter from Level 2). So depending upon which level your room is on, you may need to carry your luggage up or down a level. Not a big problem but something to consider at the time of booking.

The location

The staff, the fact that I booked 3 rooms with 'breakfast included' only to find out that was only 3 people out of 5 who got the free breakfast, staff forgot a dinner order, booked and paid for all 3 rooms months ago on booking.com but got a call to ask if it was ok to process the payment for the rooms after we had left, limited menu at the restaurant.

Was such a quick drive to Mount Buller

spacious and cosy rooms. Also comfy beds for a good nights rest after each day on the slopes

Nothing

The only thing missing for me was a Nescafé machine in the room so that i can make a real coffee or at least request to have one sent to the room. And also a soy milk option as i cannot have dairy. I loved my stay and will always book the Sebel when I come to this area of the Victoria.

variation in breakfast would be good. It was a good breakfast but as our stay was long, would have been nice to get a bit of a variety every 2-3 days .
