The room was very poor the spa wasn’t working

Outdated Stayed in Twin room & shower was in the bath & very narrow, bottom of bathroom door was water damaged Rubbish collection in back lane woke us at 4am

Staff were very helpful and friendly Answered all questions with ease and made our stay very comfortable

We did have a broken bedside reading light which was concerning for the kids in the room as wires were hanging out near the bed head Adults swapped beds to sleep there to make kids more comfortable

The room was lovely, the staff very friendly and a delicious buffet breakfast!!

The staff were very friendly and responded to requests promptly. The rooms and amenities were clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable.

no slippers and mineral water replenishment.. they charged if needed, surprised to hear that. supposed most hotels replenished every day.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was beautiful, very clean. Room was spacious with a great view (5th floor)

Unfortunately the only thing that let our stay down was the cooked breakfast was not hot enough. I like my food hot and it was just warm. One of the heat lamps wasn't working overhead which may have contributed.

The hotel was very nice clean nit and tidy. The location was soo gd close to everything.

What I didn’t like that the hotel charges you for parking. This is was a bit unfair from the hotel.

Accomodation was fantastic, great place to stay!

Love this place, indoor swimming pool, sauna, great gym, friendly staff, abundance of restaurants nearby, mall beneath novotel has bowling, cinemas, pokies, bars and more restaurants

Clean and quiet. Location is good, so close to restaurants and shopping mall.

They don't provide bottles of water except the first day when you check in. The welcome fruit bowl is supported to be impressive, but the fruit was not very fresh

The USB plug only worked some of the time and only when the TV was on. The shampoo and conditioner tray was installed in an inconvenient spot in the shower. I had to bend myself out of the way to wash my hair. The sausages and bacon were undercooked at the breakfast buffet.
