I like the location

The room was not all that neat ,it was having an unpleasant smell there ,the bed outmoded ,and the washroom was also in a bad condition the corridors all smell very bad

Even though its around the m25 A13 garden makes it tranquil .. and it's located near a now abandoned thurrock football club .. to which I played many a game on.. showers was brilliant.. room just right size for me. Staff great.. breakfast great.. value for money..

Unfortunately outside main building work going on with a patio of some sort .. front doors not operating properly.. but nothing that spoilt my stay there.. I know that's not the norm ..

We went for a fiftieth birthday party, so the location was excellent. The room was big and spacious.

The standard, decor and much more was old and dated . There was cobwebs all over the windows and in the bathroom. There was a pooy smell in the corridors The net curtains leading to the bedrooms were old and dirty. The hotel in general needs updating.

The service was amazing I don’t temper the girls name on reception (brown hair blonde streak) but she was so polite and helpful thank you and thank you to Zoe and Kirsty for being amazing and thank you Wendy for the wonderful breakfast it was by far the best breakfast hands down also Richard is a amazing night manager he is always there to help anytime of the night he’s always available to help so thank you Richard.

Nothing I had an amazing time because of the staff and the location of the hotel.

Breakfast was brilliant and the hotel staff were lovely.

the room was a little dated, and the bath taps nearly come off the bath. Heard running water all night from the room above really load, thought the ceiling was going to fall in!

The bed was comfortable, overall it was good.

I could not turn off the heating and the room was too hot. the bathroom had a smell. The breakfast was ok.

getting much better. everything in room worked. seem to have renovated many rooms over past year or two - so getting much better room

needs more attention to cleaning and tidying - especially car park and corridors

The cold room the heating should have been on all the time during my stay when I got back from night out the room was freezing the heating didn’t come on until the morning I had to go to bed in my coat I will not stay there again I should have booked Premier Inn

suited me well. chilling weekend. staff were nice and check in was hassle free. rooms seem to be getting better - or maybe that’s my imagination

everything inside the door of hotel was excellent. some issues in car park but what can they do. smokers. people loitering and someone sleeping in a campervan. all a bit strange and a little bit off-putting. but I’m not complaining

That there no lift and no food only in morning for a hotel should at least be able to get food even if it was bar food

nice room this stay. I like the staff here I’ve stayed here before and it’s been a bit hectic with weddings but on this occasion it was peaceful and staff were particularly nice. room was a big upgrade on past visits

this may sound strange but when I give good reviews for hotels I can subsequently find them hard to get booked into - so it can be self defeating.

Parking & breakfast were ok. staff were pleasant.

Creaking floors everywhere & I was bitten everywhere by either bed bugs or mosquitoes. Maybe a one off?? Also signs in the car park warning of potential vehicle break ins & to be prepared which does cause a little unease.

The property has no lift, they sent me email that there's no restaurant and room service from Friday-Sun only they will only serve the breakfast. The hotel has no proper domestic staff they put the dirty laundry outside the room no hamper its so unhygienic and the linen cupboard is like a storage room its so dusty and unhygienic as well. Whenever you are walking on the floor there is a sound. The bed is too old and need to be change. Breakfast has less choices and its not a buffet.
