Very comfortable bed. Room was clean. Good location for NEC- 10-15 minute walk to NEC entrance.

Car parking at £15 per night was a bit steep.

All the staff were very helpful and accomodating to us, especially as we were travelling with our 2 year old. The widescreen tv in the room with freeview channels was a nice touch, as well as a desk for work and water bottles. The breakfast was well cooked and there were always people around to meet our requests, even down to warming up milk before bedtime! It had a calm, clean atmosphere and was a wonderful stay. Nikki and Diamante were amazing. 10/10!

Had a double room with sofa bed booked, phoned 3 days before arrival to advise that we were not a couple and would like the sofa bed made up. When we arrived sofa bed not made up so reception would advise housekeeping, also saw a cleaner and told her but she did not speak English so did not understand. When we can back to the hotel at 8.30 in the evening sofa bed still not made up one again advised reception who said they would look into it. Went to bed about 10.15pm to find at last the bed had been made.

The room was a little tired in places but otherwise clean and good facilities. Location was perfect for the NEC and breakfast was delicious- well cooked and lots of options!

Room incredibly dated and standard not reflective of the pricing. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't sufficiently diverse for the rate paid. Too much focus on a cooked English breakfast.

Near resorts arena

Breakfast was disappointing. Having to queue for hot drinks, which took ages as people were making toast. By the time I got back to my table , my friend had eaten her hot breakfast and Mine was cold. In an expensive hotel I expect service for Tea and coffee at the table.

Excellent location for the Genting arena, we had a room for which was perfect for one night. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, very clean and lovely staff.

Unfortunately, the windows don't cancel out the noise from the road. Being in a highly trafficated area it was very loud all night.

Breakfast good, check in poor , mini bar noisy and reported, sink plug broken, air con not able to operate due to defunct controller and noisy. Cheap one ply toilet paper 😱

Clean and very well presented room and as we were tired from our delayed flight the 24 hour desk and check in were very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and efficient

We would have enjoyed breakfast but at the extortionate price ( we have eaten lovely breakfasts all around the world) this is probably one of the most expensive prices we have seen so gave it a pass.

We stay here before Holidays and they ok after the car for us, this time it was for a show in the centre of Birmingham

The Bar could stay open longer it was closed when we got back 11:30

The police all came as big disruption there , I went there to get away as I’m being stalked , so when seen all police I had to leave it upset me
