Very welcoming and helpful landlady and generous breakfast.

We were well looked after and the host Amy was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. A very well run and friendly B&B and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Nothing to dislike.

Amy gave us a very warm welcome and made us immediately feel at home. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is located in a nice part of Grantham with attractive houses and an easy walk to the historical part of the town. It is literally down the road from the famous corner store owned by Margaret Thatcher's family.

The staff were excellent. Nothing too much trouble and great full English breakfast. It was very traditional and great value for money. Plus only a five minute walk into town

Helpful host, good location, comfy beds.

Traffic noise in the rooms facing the road is terrible and goes on all night, not helped by the windows not fitting well. Luckily I was able to put the fan on to cover some of the noise and had earplugs, but you cannot open the window for fresh air--the noise is too bad.
