The restaurant was a bit disappointing.

No refrigerator in the room Gave me a disabled room for one of the rooms though didn’t asked for it. So wasn’t comfortable for us as the bed was too low, bathroom facilities were tailored for disabled guests very low, I kept triggering the assistant red alarm unintentionally.

The location is always great for client work. The staff are always friendly, and full of smiles.

The quality of the food being served has really declined. It appears to have gone from fresh foods to processed food. After eating my evening meal and lunch the following day I was very unwell. My bedroom was cold. I could turn on the heater to get any warmth.

booked a twin room and got a double . so the room we received was wrong Breakfast was OK but I remember that it was better a few years back when we last came We were disturbed several times during the night around 2 am by noisy neighbours who were having loud conversations directly outside our room not happy with this. I believe there were several football teams staying over but that is no excuse for other residents comfort

lovely rooms with all facilities needed. staff go over and above to cater for your needs. good size tv’s choice of bath or shower with lovely toiletries.
