The room was clean and nice .
Man on bar late at night very pleasant and helpful
Being harassed to order food as soon as we arrived .
Was told one chef left at 8 and the other at nine .
Got main course and immediately asked if we wanted dessert . Then harassed all through main course to see if we wanted one . Then served a dessert that was straight out the freezer ... it wasn't a frozen dessert . Couldn't eat it after 30 minutes as still rock hard

All staff were amazing. They were friendly,warm welcoming, helpful they were outstanding.
I didn’t like the room. It’s only window was a velux and it has a dressing table, chair and no mirror.

Staff very efficient and friendly. Food excellent.
Nit picking here but the dinner menu described a dish as having Sea Bass Fillets but when the dish arrived there was only one fillet.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, staff, accommodation, food was excellent.

On checking in we asked about noise like a generator, was told it was from extractor fans in kitchen, which would be turned off at 8.30 pm.
At 3 am we had to phone reception, as noise was still going on. Neither of us had a good sleep.
This spoiled an otherwise enjoyable stay.

A very nice quiet location which was perfect for us. Very warm welcome, friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. Great selection in the restaurant too.

Lovely staff especially Shirley and housekeeping team. Bed very comfy for long sleep.
TV is a bit basic with nothing more than basic Freeview.

My full Scottish breakfast was a little cold, in particular the potato scone, one half of which was stone cold.

The room was lovely and cosy, very good location and the staff was really friendly.

Good location, very comfortable bed and pillows.
Good breakfast, plenty of choice available. The waiter at breakfast is always cheery and helpful. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly and polite.
