The location was good - only a short walk to the tube station. The unlimited tea and coffee provided downstairs was great. I liked the gym and laundry room. The room was cosy and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The nespresso machine in the room was not working. The housekeeping staff could not understand my problem. The heater / thermostat took quite a long time to reach a comfortable temperature (unlucky because there was a cold snap). The cooker took quite a long time to heat the food.

Our apartment was very cozy with kitchen and dining area. Breakfast was super. Coffee machine was in our apartment plus you can make coffee downstairs at any time. Best location in London. 12 minutes walk to Tower Bridge. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area.

Cleaning issues in stairways, aisles and public restrooms. Nonsense launch furniture instead of normal chairs and tables further increased issue with overcrowded breakfast room. Significant gaps in breakfast buffet (No orange juice, incomplete english breakfast)

We stayed for 7 nights and they offered us a small room for three of us but as soon as we talk to the reception they provided us with a suitable room for the next 6 nights. We found the staff friendly accommodating and professional.

Booking was cancelled by hotel 4 hours before we were supposed to check in. Arrived at hotel to be told it was cancelled due to maintenance issues. After they realised we had an additional booking for 5 nights our room was miraculously available. One bedroom apartment is more like a studio. Sliding door into bathroom with a one inch gap around entire door. Floors hadn’t been cleaned. Crumbs, dust everywhere. No sound proofing between apartments - heard every sound from our neighbours (5am wake-up call, coughing, etc) like they were in our apartment.
