Hyvä monipuolinen aamiainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Mutta kaikkein parasta silti on hotellin sijainti aivan Tampereen sydämessä! Onnistuimme lisäksi saamaan huoneen ylimmäisestä kerroksesta upeilla näkymillä, kaikki Tampereen ikoniset ja historialliset kohteet.

Huoneessa ja yhteisissä tiloissa oli hieman kuluneisuutta.

Kuntosali ihan ok ja uima-allas plussaa

Sänky oli huono, nukuin huonosti. Epäsiisti yleisilme (vanhahko) ja pieni. Yhdeksi yöksi ja työmatjalsi ok, en hlökohtaiselle matkalle varais huonetta.

No parking spots, all the surrounding streets were under construction. Ended up spending over 60€ in parking alone for two nights. The hotel is going through renovations so pretty horrible soundscape. The hotel seemed overbooked: the restaurant was so full every morning that it was hard to find a seat which is not great for a family with small children. Be there early if you want to eat. The hotel is showing aging quite a bit when comparing to the newer Scandic hotel at the train station.

Great central location! Park in front of the hotel , many different restaurants and cafes around . Very good breakfast. Great staff!

The room was dirty. The hotel is very old and had to be updated. What you see in the picture is not what you get. The staff was at the restaurant was very rude.

There was no room for our cars in the hotel parking lot. It's good that there is a city underground parking lot next door.

The hotell needs some renovation. All the basics are here, but it is worn down.

Location of the hotel is good, it is in walking distance to the main square, Nokia Arena etc. The staff was nice and helpful, 24h reception. Nice breakfast selection, all fresh with emphasis on local food and awareness of food waste. Window could be opened and good light blocking curtains.

I understand that the hotels raise their rates for big events like ice hockey championship however I don't understand why they eliminate its services for such weekend! During check in we were informed that the sauna and the swimming pool is closed and exactly those services were the deal breaker when we were choosing the hotel. By coincidence we saw the pool room and it was not under maintenance, it was full of water, all clean and prepared to be used. The cleanliness and the basic equipment should be improved - no toilet brush, no tissues, no conditioner (can be bought at the reception). The hairdryer and its cable was covered with dust.

Rooms needs to be renewed, when we were making a booking, was written, that in room number will be wireless charger :) maybe the hotel was overbooked and for us were left just last rooms.

The playroom of kids was dirty. All items of the place should be washed. Our little one's hands were dirty and same was with trousers after playing there. It is must to keep this kind of place as the most cleaned place.

Location is perfect and the view on Tammer Koski is gorgeous. It is a short walk to main museums and restaurants. The hotel restaurant has a small but cozy kids room. Good for kids 2-5 years old, but might be a little boring for older kids.

The bathroom was not very clean, however the room itself was ok. There was no carpet in the room, the floor was wooden and rather cold.

Good reception people, other side of hotel (narrow street is noisy, but Koskipuisto water sound is lovely and nice!

Convenient location with everything within a short walk. Reasonably priced & good breakfast. Ample parking nearby ( Hämppi )

Showing its age, could use some new paint & better lighting. But still ok for the cost @ this location.
