Lavabo douteux : poils restants sur le rebord,
Bruit métallique de grincement sur le toit juste au dessus de la fenêtre toute la nuit

Good value hotel with parking convenient for visiting the centre of Lyon. We chose it because there is a bus stop outside that connects to the metro and city centre in 30 minutes. A €6 ticket covers all public transport for 24 hours. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic, with no coffee making facilities and mediocre wi-fi. Having said that, the staff were very friendly and we had two excellent meals in the evening and a very good breakfast.
Could do with a kettle in the room and better wi-fi.

The Staff was great! Very warm welcome, professional, had all the answers to all my questions, very helpful. Dinner was great, breakfast a bit limited for such a long stay: croissant, 1/4 baguette. and butter will only get you so far, but not for a weeks stay.
The room was not in a quiet location, lots of noise from the corridor, and outside - if someone is staying in the hotel for 5 nights, you would want to put them on the top floor, away from any noisy groups of guests. Probably not my choice for my next business meeting in 6 weeks

Very cold room, stinky toilet, internet not working at night/evening, not much around the hotel, not a lot of eating options.

Friendly staff, copious breakfast. It was a family room so very spacious as I was alone. The location was close to where I needed to be.
Bathroom rather in need of renovation - shower was not great (no pressure, temperature variable).
