Room was clean and had a great sea view. Food was limited but what was there was tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location, parking, washing and drying machine in the apartment made our stay much easier. We prefer travel light and need to do the washing on a daily basis. Dish washer

The pillows. They were ancient. Thin. No good whatsoever. My sleep was so uncomfortable, my back still hurts. The apartment located on the first floor right above gym in front of the parking lot. We had to stay with closed curtains all the time in order to not to be on display. Loud music from the gym. No view. The blanket seemed dirty.

We were woken up at 05:45 by noise from a breakfast conference held by BNI in the reception and conference areas below our room. They were playing ´Silent Night´ showing their contempt for sleeping guests and there was a general meet & greet welcome reception with lots of noise and people talking and laughing. I spoke to the night receptionist at the time to request a room change and was advised to wait until 08:00 when daytime receptionist Carlos could arrange. At 08:30 our request for room change was point blank denied, not even allowing us to finish what we wanted to say. The response was that ´it has finished now´ to which we replied that we could still hear the music in our room and that the other receptionist had told us that the conference was happening again the following day. We were still refused a room change with the response that the conference would not be starting so early. No apology, no sympathy, no understanding, no good will to us as long-standing, regular returning visitors. Our loyalty means nothing and they are more interested in the money they can get from big business corporations now. They have lost our custom through this attitude. Also, the hotel block was very quiet with less visitors than usual, so we can´t understand why they put us in a room in the area where the noise was rather than at the other end of the hotel. Also, they used to replenish toiletries on a daily basis but now we receive 20ml shower gel for 2 people for 5 nights. It used to be 25ml per person, per day. They should put shower gel in a wall dispenser like other hotels do.

the property was spacious well equipped and in a good location 5 minutes walk to praia da Rocha

noisy due to poor floor/walls insulation could hear fellow residents dragging furniture around at night and loud speeches . The wi-fi never worked in my apartment I have reported it twice to reception but after my ten days stay still no wi-fi and regrettably no feedback from any of hotel staff

The staff provided a very comfortable topper at my request. A clothes rack was provided. The views were very nice. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff also provided me with sandwiches to go.

Hope to have wine glasses, thats strange there were none. Also balcony seats were nearly broken, So dated old plastic ones.

Some of the bar staff were unpleasant and the bar was always closed early. The rest of the hotel staff were so lovely!

Pool very sharp stones, all of us got cuts on feet or hands. Really put us off the pool. Restaurant choice poor. WiFi was terrible, really expected it to be at a recognised standard. A supermarket close by would be useful

Spacious apartment. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pool. Exceptional hygiene standards after initial hiccup. Lovely local café and bar within walking distance.

When we checked into our room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants. We had to ask for it to be cleaned. Room was cleaned every day from that point on and was spotless. One of the pool attendants indoor was unnecessarily rude all the time. The second pool attendant (young lady with dark hair) was so lovely, she made up for the awful attitude of the other attendant.

The location and view from balcony was very very nice.

The bed was not a bed there were 2 beds put together and the gap was very uncomfortable in between. One lift wasn't working and we were waiting for long to go up and down.

Fabulous hotel and apartment complex. Very clean. Our apartment was well equipped and immaculate.

Service in the bar on the evening was a little slow. Only 1 barman who was also setting up the restaurant for breakfast whilst people waited for drinks orders. Not a huge issue.
