Noise in the room, was a wedding at the hotel and a huge fight outside our window

Super clean rooms. The staff were pleasant. Lovely location and scenery. Ten minutes by car to Kinsale Town.

The breakfast needs improvement. Not that it's a self service buffet, everywhere does that now. Just more care, and quality food. But I expect that everywhere in fairness. Hospitality sectors are still recovering after the last few years.

The staff are exceptional, they really do go above and beyond - incredibly professional and attentive - have never seen anything like it - by far the best hotel staff I've ever come across The view from the restaurant is amazing, the seats are very comfortable, and the food for both breakfast and dinner was perfect - couldn't fault any of it Overall just such a relaxed environment, it's a real luxury staying here - I stayed here 4 months ago and before I'd left I had already booked in again - I don't usually go back to the same place twice because I like to try new things - but I'll definitely be back here again

I found the staff friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable

I didn't like the breakfast the service was poor, tables were dirty and the selection for breakfast was poor The bread was stale and cheap..... I was told on my second morning I'd have to wait for a table 5 or 10mins so I sat at the high stooled table and there were plenty of tables free but no one cleaning them..

Relaxing and friendly staff. Lovely pool and spa area. Was nice to chill out at the pool before breakfast. Breakfast perfect excellent selection Lovely grounds

Poor service at evening meal. Main course returned. Duck so tough could not be cut. Maitre d said he was able to cut it with a sharper knife !! Put into disabled room without comment/explanation.

Cold breakfast, early closing hours at restaurant.

Remote and quiet. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food at the restaurant was also tasty.

Quite in a need of a cosmetic touch ups. Curtains broken, carpet had iron burn stains, shower door not closing, tables were sticky, wallpapers peeled. There was also a damp smell in the room. So all these issues could be fixed with a renovation.

The hotel and views were beautiful. The food was lovely, the bacon on breakfast buffet was burnt both mornings The staff were so friendly.

The room was good value for money. It's a beautiful setting with great views for the river Bandon. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located too far outside of Kinsale to walk and they do not provide a shuttle. A taxi is needed to go anywhere.
