Everything was clean & tidy & friendly staff

Heat in room when we arrived We were right beside the outdoor eating area so a bit noisy

Bueatiful room overlooking the castle and the river we stay in hotels a lot this was one of the best

Nothing everything was perfect

Perfect location for our short stay in Kilkenny. The room was a good size, bathroom was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful - we needed a room to change in before the check-in time as we had travelled for a wedding and they made sure we were looked after.

Staff were excellent , I believe the hotel is undergoing renovations which it will really benefit from.

Bed in disabled room was very small 245 in comparison to 203 where my sister stayed. Carpets were very stained.

A few more electrical outlets in the room would be nice

to be honest we had such an awesome experience with everything that it would be hard to find fault

The location was perfect. View from the room balcony facing castle and the river was fantastic. Parking was available but with struggle. The town was beautiful. Friendly staff at reception and restaurant.

The hotel was old and the room was showing that. I found the price per night way too expensive for what I've got. Probably they charge a lot for the view.

Entering the car park we drive a 7 seater and it was very tight to turn in off the road coming from the left To leave the hotel to exit to walk around the gate out by the river was locked so we had to walk out by car park barrier

it’s an old hotel and needs a bit of updating. The rooms were clean. The corridor outside our room had a v bad musty smell.

Great location - we could walk everywhere! staff were so helpful and friendly. Good vegan options at breakfast including vegan sausages and hash browns.

pillows weren’t the most comfy. overall the bedrooms didn’t feel 4 star
