Bathroom has Electrical issue. Staff was unfriendly, except one Pilipino lady. It was like Government office, reception staff was pathetic.

When the staff behavior is such, who will stay next time.

Installation of desk electrical sockets since both mobile & laptop charger did not fit because of socket location, I had to disconnect bed table lamps to charge. Also bathroom needs renovation

The furniture is old and not renovated. I asked to change the room because suddenly water started leaking from the ceiling of the room, and I was transferred to another room without the required specifications. The quality of the food in the restaurant is not good and not rich compared to the price.

I paid for a breakfast for the whole family, but they did not give one member of my family breakfast and they refused to offer anything and asked me to deal with it since their system had an error and MY RESERVATION INCLUDED BREAKFAST and we we had a booking for 3 rooms this was very awful and unacceptable! We expected better from a 5 star hotel but the treatment was cheap and terrible. I travel frequently and this by far was the worst experience and did not deserve the value of money from the treatment of my problem. I really hated the stay as a child of mine felt like he was not paid for and I PAID and booked 3 rooms that could accommodate 9 adults while we are ONLY a family of 6 people ! This is beyond frustrating.

My experience in intercontinental jeddah was extremely bad - AC is freezing the room and not able to change even after complaining twice - Iron is broken and not replaced - Room service you have to wait for hours to respond to your request I can’t stay more, I couldn’t sleep well I will check out 1 day early

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

There is nothing I can say that I really didn't like, however the quality of the bathrooms in the rooms need to be improved.

Concierge staff cheated our trip by asking for cash, we gave him cash, he and the driver didn't bring us to our destination.

The food was not good(very oily and same dishes). Didn't like the variety. Basically it was a surprise for the couple, and they didn't had any idea what things are covered in their stay. The stay had 2 meals and refreshments, they had to verify by themselves with people whether things are covered or not. According to me, the staff should have been proactive about stating all this stuffs, to make visitors life's easier.
