Il personale è stato super gentile, molto al di là del loro ruolo. L'hotel è comodissimo, direttamente sulla passeggiata del porto, all'interno del centro storico. Intorno tantissimi locali di ogni tipo tra cui un panificio con baguette, croissant, ecc.
Molto comodo anche per le partenze dei battelli per le isole o per escursioni in barca.
La Rochelle fantastica! Tantissime barche a vela, anche storiche.
Mi è piaciuto tutto ma c'era un po' di rumore a causa della "diga" del fiume che si immette nel mare e la finestra non isolava completamente. La stanza era molto piccolina ma assolutamente confortevole.

The hotel was in the centre of the old port, which was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit compact. Bed, with the choice of pillows, was comfortable. Nepresso machine and 3 drinks included, which was a nice touch. The bathroom, was in a very narrow space, but a nice shower. We had a room with a balcony, a nice view, and if the weather had been good enough room to enjoy a drink and people watch. We used the nearby underground parking, 5 minutes walk away, which was very reasonable.
No dislikes with the hotel.

All good: room, bathroom, bed, location right by the old harbour and restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff, giving us a list of nice restaurants (try le verre bouteille around the corner!)

Room was so small it was like sleeping in a closet, couldn't walk round the bed properly, no place to hang clothes, no place to put case

Location was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was good. The view from the large bedroom windows was really good.
Bedroom was smaller than we expected, with not a lot of space for clothes etc. But the large double bed was very comfortable.

The hotel has a great location but it is in need of a serious refurbishment, the rooms are dated and the hotel is deteriorating. the hallways leading into the rooms are very dark, with wallpaper which is falling off.

After the first night the noise of the street entertainers was too much. No fault of the hotel though.
Please change the paper coffee cups for real coffee mugs. Put some glasses in the room.

The hotel is very charm, clean with the best location, near everything. The staff is very nice! There were some mixed up information about our reservation, but the staff took care of it immediatly. We also had a free champagne bottle as an apoligy for the mistakes on the information. Recommend this place very much!

Clean great staff a great welcome by Ursula on arrival and she was very helpful as it was very busy being August I couldn’t book two our two nights in the same room so had to move rooms on the second day which was all done while we went out for the day a great service which was organised by Ursula on the second morning Daphné brought our breakfast up to our room so we could eat on the balcony which was a great experience thank you for that
In the first room we had number 25 there was no surround on the light switch which could be dangerous and in room 27 the handle on the bedside cabinet is missing a cracked pane of glass on the French door to the balcony and the height adjustment for the shower isn’t working

Not value for money. Disappointing. Unpleasant reception welcome. Rooms are old and not well kept. There are much better options in La Rochelle.
