The food was amazing and the staff was ever so friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated Kojo, the restaurant manager and the hotel manager that greeted us upon our arrival and helped us find a comfortable room for our four children for an affordable price.

I loved everything! I wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff wasn't helpful at all, any tiny request was refused. They were mostly grumpy and demotivated, very very annoying

The staff was so lovely and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable and the food OMG the food just amazing! Thumbs up for the chef!

The food was easily the best part. The meals constantly had a large variety and there was always plenty and something for everyone. The meals alone made everything worth it. The hotel also has many activities for kids, an open bar with great hot coco and drinks all day.

The front desk needs work. There isn't enough staff there and we always had to wait for each thing we needed. They seemed overworked as well based on their attitude. The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattress came off the frame every time we sat or laid on the bed in any way. The pillows were thin and cheap, they hardly felt like pillows. The staff "set" a Shabbat timer for our room which supposedly turned our lights off at 11 and didn't turn them back on. At 11 nothing happened, and we woke up in the middle of the night with the lights off, but they also did turn back on. It was very confusing and inconvenient. Also, the pool was wonderful and large and the area around it was so lovely, but it was freezing! Completely unheated and cold even when it was warm out. The parking was also very confusing! The parking lot is not labeled for the hotel in any way, and it's an unpaved dirt lot with zero lights at night. We had to use our phones as a flashlight every time we went out to the car.

the food was quite good and in particular the breakfast on Saturday (usually because of shabbat it never satisfactory). The staff in the restaurant was great, polite and helpful. The beach is close by, nice and clean (all beds/sunshades extra though) but no corals/fishes

1. The opening hours of the pool and spa are not convenient (9-17) especially during winter. People just coming back from the beach, having dinner and there is still plenty of time till the evening but because of the darkness you can't go to the beach and the single place you could use is the pool/spa - which is by this time not available any more. Very disappointing, especially if this hotel is promoting itself as a sport hotel (what is to do with the sport then - not clear apart from plenty of sportsmen staying in the hotel). 2. Location is OK for using the beach which is just couple of minutes away. But if people want to go snorkeling or diving then it requires a bit of a driving (about 20-30 min) which can be not convenient for those without the car and also due to the construction works in the area there is a bit of a traffic going to the main roads of Eilat.
