לא אהבתי שום דבר , לא קיבלנו מה שביקשנו שילמתי על סוויטה עם נוף לגן וממש זה לא היה נוף לבן אלא לחנייה של המלונות הגענו למלון והכספת בחדר לא עבדה, חיכנו שעתיים עד שיגיעו לסדר אותה על מנת לשים את החפצים היקרים בפנים . הילדים כבר היו עייפים ורעבים ורק רצו בריכה , וחיכינו במשך שעתיים בחדר אחרי הצ׳ק אין. אני לא אחזור למלון הזה לעולם וכל מכר שלי שיחשוב אפילו להגיע לשם אני אמנע ממנו ! בושה וחרפה של התנהגות אנשים משלמים ממיטב כספם והתנהגו אלינו כאילו אנחנו עדר של כבשים .. דיפדפו אותנו .

Bel hotel bien placé avec tres bon restaurants

Hospitalité tres moyenne: aucun sourire, froid et limite impoli. Inacceptable vu le prix de l’hôtel. Tres mauvaise surprise de constater également que le petit déjeuner est en supplément

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels, but this one definitely takes the cake. It was flawless from start to finish—from the moment I stepped in the door until I left. The room was spacious and chic, consisting of two areas with modern design elements that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. And the staff was incredible: they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! It was a pleasure to enjoy this hotel and I would definitely recommend it for a business trip or just for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many tourist attractions, like the beach and shopping centers. I found it easy to move around the city thanks to its location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good facilities, and convenience. Special thanks to the rooms division manager Ms. Revital, she does a great job solving even minor problems that guests can have. I really appreciated her professional and prudent approach to her work; she is really a dream manager for any hotel chain, a manager to learn from. Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of options to choose from, a large diversified pool area, wine, soft drinks, and fruits in the room. Whatever you desire, this hotel has this! My sincere thanks for a perfect stay and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel was beautiful the food was amazing !

Booking.com made terrible mistakes and even though we were compensated it was very stressful

Excellent suite, location, clean room and surroundings.

Lack of hair fan (we could ask for it but we had our private one) and dishes soap for the hot drinks mags.

The staff were great. We had a couple of issues and they were handled very quickly and super efficiently to our full satisfaction.

Pretty nice hotel with friendly staff. Pool aria is good designed and prepared for both adults and children.

Some small things are missed, like dental kit in bathroom, somewhere lack of cleanliness.

The room, the location and the sercvice was good. It was very clean. The pool with sand is special one.

There was a reconstruction work, and it gave a noise in the morning, and the restaurant was full with children and to loud and crowded.

Lovely hotel, with beautiful, well-kept gardens, surrounding a series of pools. Just 1 block back from the beach. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable.

It was pricey, especially considering breakfast wasn’t included. The cost of breakfast, if not pre-paid, was eye-watering! With a few exceptions, the staff were not very friendly.
