Great location - ski in ski out and has everything you need for a great ski holiday. The ski lockers are useful and the rooms are nice. Breakfast is good and you can pay a bit extra to make a packed lunch which was helpful on the day we were leaving. The staff were all very nice. Great for gluten free in both the breakfast selections and the Italian restaurant.

The pillows on the beds were not very comfy and neither was the sofa in our apartment.

Service, attendants and heaters didn’t work at the room and workers didn’t care about us

Breakfast buffet was good although there was no tea available on two of the days, apparently they ran out of tea bags? the location is good and rooms were clean.

On our first night we tried to get a drink in the lobby/bar area but waited around 10 mins with no service, so we left, The second night no one serving again, I asked a member of staff at the end of the bar taking pizza take away orders if anyone was serving she replied yes me, then continued to serve the queue of over six people with their pizza orders so we gave it a few more minutes then left again. On the third night we went down to the bar again for drinks but decided we would take a small glass of coke each with us from our room to get us started, we were approached within 30 seconds of entering the large lobby/bar/reception area and told quite rudely that we were not allowed to drink our own drinks in this area and we had to either return to our room or she would poor them away for us. I then asked at reception if this was the case? that even though we were paying guest at the hotel staying 10 nights (at around £200 per night) we were not allowed to drink a small glass of coke in the lobby area of the hotel? and I was told this was the case. Needless to say we did not drink or dine in the hotel as a matter of principal for the rest of our stay and this really put a dampener on our stay at the hotel. further more we needed to check out a day earlier (so nine nights instead of ten) due to commitments at home, but were told that as we had booked with booking.com they could not reduce the cost of the stay from 10 nights to 9 even though it was a week night? so we had to pay for the extra night that we weren't even there for! these ridiculous policies spoilt our stay at the hotel and I think the management needs to rethink some things.

Clean room, great breakfast and buffet dinner (need to book a table for dinner, cos often it is quite busy). It has a swimming pool, sauna, spa, game room, bowling. Great for families. Provides ski lockers, and it’s a ski-in/ski-out location. I would definitely come back.

no laundry - for hotel this size with families , need a laundry room +++ as it is very hard to hand wash items amd dry quickly . pillows were very soft

Perfect hotel - great breakfast and restaurant options, ski room on the ground floor meant we could ski right out of the door onto the slopes. Very large pool and (multiple) saunas was also really great

The swimming pool was too cold. There were problems eithbuying liftcard in the app and no possibility to buy one at the hotel.
