My recent stay at Park Inn was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. Despite arriving at 5:00 PM, I was unable to check in, which set the tone for a series of unfortunate events during my stay.
Not only was I unable to access the room I had selected, but I was also pressured into accepting a different room or facing the option to leave. This lack of accommodation and professionalism from the staff, particularly from a brand like Radisson, was unacceptable.
I had hoped for a pleasant stay but instead encountered frustration and inconvenience. It's disheartening to see such a reputable chain exhibit such unprofessional behavior.
I strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations until these issues are addressed and rectified.

لا يوجد شي جيد به حتى تتصل تطلب اي شي مايردون عليك واذا ردو لا يوفرون اي شي والمناشف قديمه ولا يوجد به حتى شامبو ولا انصح به

The staff at reception is very nice. While checkin I met Dana and while checkout I met Ali and they both were very helpful and professional in their approach

I have stayed here earlier too and like to return. It’s a good hotel for business trips, located in the middle of Khobar and Dammam. Quiet, comfortable and easy to access. Rooms are just about fine.
Check in and out was good, especially the courteous front desk during checkout. However the corner far room this time was not preferable and wasn’t changed. No fridge or ironing table and missing soap in the bathroom was unexpected.

I was comparing to Radisson Blu, which maybe not a fair comparison. As the price was alot cheap than the Radisson Blu.
