Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä vegaanisella ruokavaliolla. Paljon erilaisia vaihtoehtoja, sekä suolaista että makeaa. Hotellin sijainti oli myös hyvä ja henkilökunta oli mukavaa.
Verrattuna muihin Scandicin hotelleihin (mm. Turun, Lappeenrannan ja Helsingin) huoneen vuodesohva oli todella huono. Seuraavana aamuna selkä oli kipeä, ja pienestäkin liikkeestä sohva piti häiritsevää natinaa. Tätä lukuunottamatta kolme henkilöä mahtui huoneeseen hyvin.

the bad smell from the bathroom that dominated the room and the persistent noise throughout the night overshadowed any positive aspects
A very bad experience. The room overlooked a covered courtyard (view from other rooms), the bathroom smelled very strongly of sewage odor which was noticeable in the room. and there was immense noise: you could hear the bathrooms of the other rooms through the sewer drain, every sound from the rooms next to and above you came to our room The hotel had also allowed all young guests ( there was a festival ) and it was hell at night: continuous rumbling, running and gigling in the corridors throughout the night, someone started a party with pumping beats at 3am. Two nights in a row - even with earplugs - woken up at the most impossible times. For this price I really expected a better place ( and certainly not such noisy rooms ) It's been a long time since I had such a bad hotel experience.

Gluteeniton aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Liikkuminen rollaattorilla sisällä helppoa ja sujuvaa. Ympäristössä liikkuminen oli vaikeaa lumen takia.
Hissiin oli vaikea päästä välikerroksesta, koska se meni aina ensin ylös ja alas tullessa oli jo täynnä eikä mahtunut rollaattorin kanssa.

Location is awful. There is no place to leave car to take out luggage. Site said that there is parking available but actually no place was offered as parking house was full. Ugly breakfast area, when to come around 10.00, lots of uncleaned tables full of leftovers.

Room was clean, central location, and breakfast had quality options.
The in-house restaurant was poor for dinner (fish too raw, wine warm, and desert almost inedible). The room was quite small for a ‘family’ sized room.

Great and tasty choice for breakfast. Perfect noise isolation.
I was staying in the bunk bed and it wasn't really comfortable. The 2 main beds were separated when we would have needed them close.
Very small bathroom and shower area, that makes the water spread all around the bathroom during shower. The lower part of the shower window a bit black.
Breakfast area very loud due to the high veranda and all tables placed in a very factory style that breaks the charm and coziness.
I wouldn't mind those details if it wasn't a 4 star hotel. But the expectations were high and weren't fully met.
It still is a great place to stay.

the hotel location is very good, just in front of the train station, you only need 1 minute to access to the train station from hotel. and shopping center is also at the corner! breakfast and dinner are all good. room clean. sauna is very good.

Small room and bathroom with uncomfortablre shower. Breakfast not high quality and not enough assorted.

Perfect lication for transit. Right next to the entral train station and also airport bus stop. So was ideal for us. The room and the bed were OK. Hotel has sauna, however, we did not have time to attend. As we were leaving during the night to catch early morning flight we received a breakfast for takeaway.

Restaurant downstairs didn’t serve food for a family. They were concentrating on drinks only.

Friendly staff, okay breakfast. The bed was not too comfortable but the hotel room was very clean. The bathroom was quite outdated. The location is really good.
