Great location, immaculately clean room.

Hotel was hard to find at first, because there's a sister hotel with an almost-identical name around the corner, and Uber's map always sent taxis there by default, so it was a 2 minute extra walk but it wasn't a big deal.

Night and early morning to noisy!! the rest really good.

The location is great for sightseeing, you can walk to a lot of places (perhaps the Centro Histórico is a tad bit too far away for this, but the rest of things I did were all close by). The room was super spacious and I liked the design. Didn{t use the kitchen for much, but it seemed good enough. Staff was generally great. The room service was delicious and well priced, I found.

The fact that reception phoned in to check whether I wanted room cleaning on days I put the "don't disturb" sign up was puzzling.

The shower is a rain type. Not much pressure and it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator.

the staff was amazing, they changed the room for us without any issue as I am a light sleeper and wanted one to the back of the building. beds were super comfy and we slept deeply and well. location was excellent for shag we wanted and needed.

The staff was accommodating when I needed a room change. They were polite and respectful.

It was difficult to find when I came in an Uber. there is the Hotel and then the Hotel and Suites. Luckily they are close to each other, but I still had to walk from one to another in the rain with all my luggage. I was put into a room that was far below what is shown online expectation. It was a small windowless interior room and it felt very claustrophobic. They did not have any other rooms for my first night at the hotel. Once I was moved to another room I was much happier, but the process was laborious.
