Everything went well. The room was comfortable with a large and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was well designed with a walk in shower (very important for us). The breakfast was tasty with several choices of food. The staff worked hard to replenish and clean as the hotel was very busy. Parking was also easy which was another big bonus for us, as other hotels in the vicinity don't have the same facilities.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, I was awake most of the night trying to get comfortable and by the morning I was in a lot of discomfort. The person that booked us in was so miserable and blunt, she clearly didn’t want to be there. The bar area was dirty, tables with dirty plates not cleared and tables not cleaned.

House keeping trying to get in the room @830 when I was sleeping. That kind woke me up and was hoping to get a good few hours as check out was 12.

The eggs sat in loads of water. The bacon was so so overcooked.

Room quite small and only 2 teabags/milk servings. Everything else was great.

Very disappointed we booked through booking. com and picked a double room and breakfast and was told we When we arrived that breakfast wasn’t included… £158 for a night in an average room was too expensive then we had to pay nearly £26 for breakfast… The hotel is not welcoming and the seats in the bar area are plastic cheap chairs and couldn’t relax

Very well located with private car park. Clean and comfortable. Long opening times for restaurant and breakfast. Decent buffet style breakfast with food and drink regularly restocked

It’s location is fantastic for the price. You couldn’t be closer to The Docks and centre of Liverpool.

I think for the price and location the hotel couldn’t be faulted.

Ligging is perfect, op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. Kamers waren schoon, eenvoudig, er kan een raam open voor frisse lucht. Ontbijt is prima, er is een typisch Engels ontbijt, maar ook genoeg indien je de voorkeur geeft aan toast, yoghurt of fruit. Handig is dat ze een koffer opslag hebben voor de laatste dag. Loop je er niet mee te slepen.

Excellent location , very happy with room 128 on 1st floor with lovely view to Albert Dock . Great choice of food for breakfast . Good shower . All staff friendly , welcoming & efficient . Even though food menu showed baked potatoes should be available only later in the day they were happy to do that for us for lunch when asked & it was lovely .

Only bath towel supplied would prefer a hand towel too . A small bedside table on side of bed beside wardrobe would be helpful . Holder on wall in shower cabinet for shower gel ( same one as for shampoo ) would be easier rather than having to bend down to use it .

Breakfast was really good,plenty if choice abd piping hot.staff were very helpful and courteous from giving directions to booking taxis, nothing to much trouble for them, always had a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

There wasn't anything we did not like

Just the reception area is quite nice.

The cleaners came twice to our door whilst still in, don’t think they have a good system to know who has left what rooms and which need doing. Found it really annoying that they knocked and opened the door twice.

Clean and tidy. Not the biggest but only slept in there.

My only issue was that one night somebody was kicking off in the corridor but no one’s fault really.

The room was small but had everything you would need in it and it did have a kind size bed, the bathroom was a good size and the walk-in shower was very good, the location was great just over from the Albert Dock and about five minutes walk to Liverpool One bus station. The breakfast was very good with a selection for everyone and you could eat as little or as much as you like. The staff kept typing up all the breakfast items and the toaster was good. I definitely would stay there again.

The bathroom was a bit cold although the bedroom was lovely and warm. There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the Ibis.

Air conditioning worked, the room was clean, the shower was warm enough.

The hotel is centrally located for Liverpool one and Albert docks and there is on site parking an added bonus for the city centre.

The hotel is very clean but starting to look a little bit worn and the room a little bit small.

The hotel is in a great location. The room is perfectly serviceable with a cleverly designed bathroom to maximize the limited space available. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The breakfast was adequate but you certainly couldn't call it good however for the cost of the hotel it was as to be expected.
