We've been coming to Koh Phangan for years and this hotel belongs to one of our favorite hotel experiences! The Service is outstanding and the infinitypool tops it off with a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately the bed, like most beds in Thailand, is pretty hard and not so comfortable for most travelers not used to a harder mattress. This does not change our great experience and we will still come back, it's worth it!

Die View ist absolut toll von jedem Zimmer! Ich würde jedoch empfehlen, bei der Buchung zu schreiben, dass man in ein höheres Zimmer möchte, sodass man den Blick über die ganze Bucht hat! Ich liebe, dass das Hotel dich fühlen lässt, als seist du mitten im Dschungel. Generell würde ich empfehlen, sich einen Roller auszuleihen, damit man die Gegend erkunden kann. Der Pool ist toll mit einer guten Bar und was ich sehr gut fand, ist, dass man dort per WhatsApp mit der Rezeption schreiben kann und sie einen bei jeder Anfrage unterstützen und Dinge organisieren. Ich war nun zum zweiten Mal dort und würde nächstes Mal auch wieder dieses Hotel wählen!

Man könnte für den Preis ein Frühstück dazu anbieten und aus der Toilette stinkt es ab und zu nach Kanalisation, was aber in Thailand ffast Normalität ist leider. Es war ein wenig störend, dass ein retreat dort stattgefunden hat über mehrere Tage (mit 25 Personen) und die Leute teilweise sehr laut waren..

Die Lage des Hotels war großartig. Der Ausblick war fantastisch und die Lage auf dem Berg war ruhig. Für uns war die Lage des Hotels perfekt, um die Insel mit einem Mietwagen von dort aus zu erkundigen. Obwohl die Anlage nicht ganz klein ist, war es immer ruhig und auch am Pool war es sehr entspannt. Der Kontakt mit der Rezeption per WhatsApp für organisatorische Dinge hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Die Zimmer, gerade auch das Bad, könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Ausstattung ist bereits sehr abgewohnt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten ruhige Nachbarn, so dass uns dies nicht gestört hat, aber das kann ggf. auch anders sein.

Nice hotel overall. We could refill the water which was very nice and very nice small pool. The staff was nice too.

The hotel rooms need some maintenance, there was a bad smell from the bathrooms, and the mattress was way too hard and very uncomfortable. And you should notice that the hotel is up hill with nothing around, so if you want to go eat or to the beach or anywhere it's a hard walk or you need to be on some kind of vehicle. The restaurant is not worth it, not that tasty and it takes forever for the food to arrive.

- First of all very friendly and helpful staff. There is no phone in the rooms. All the communication is on whatsapp but they are very reactive and efficient. Always a pleasure to speak to them. - I had a full seaview room with balcony and bathtub. Big room and confortable for a long stay (12 nights), - View from the hotel is stunning. good location. - They also organised a nice pool party one night. Good vibes. Wasn't too late. Rest of the time was quiet. - Nice coworking space upstairs.

- Breakfast is a bit disappointing given the standard of the hotel. There is I think room for improvement. - Rest of the food menu is just ok but there are better options nearby - A coffee machine would be appreciated especially in the best, most expensive rooms.

The property itself was old, outdated, and did not look similar to the pictures displayed on booking.com. We chose to stay here as a treat from our budget hotels and we were very disappointed. However, we did get a nice token when checking out which was a nice touch.

Food was not great, and not a great selection. Property was nothing like images, very old/outdated. Location was far away from centre. The “shuttle bus” system was very poorly ran, went very rarely and would only drop to the beach at the bottom of the hill. Unlike other hotels/hostels where it drops you near a town/village centre, would have happily paid for this service.

The resort building, grounds and pool need a lot of updating as old and out dated. Unfortunately the facilities including garden and grounds need maintenance as they look run down. Our room had a beautful view and was spacious. It had a kitchen but not even enough crockery for 4 people . Bathroom needed redoing. French doors not practical to open to deck unless you are tall.

Great views from the hotel, very private and empty off-season. If walking you are close to secret beach. I came here for a work from home break to my normal environment.

Very uphill, but worth the views... rented a scooter to get around - super convenient.

It is at the top of a hill, so tuktuk/taxi was needed in most cases to move around. Bathrooms could be “refreshed”, but fully functional and clean

Food options are a little basic but that’s the hotel style in general, not super fancy but great amenities. it’s a little up the hill but they do offer free shuttle to the beach :-)

it is outdated with cheap furniture, cheap not authentic decor and very unclean. We had an iron stained bed sheet when we arrived, dirty balcony glass door. The bin in the toilet was an old plastic dirty bin. the pool is way smaller than what they show in the pictures and also very neglected. the location is not easy to walk to sue to a very steep road. I don’t recommend at all.

Everything. The villa the staff absolutely incredible. Not one thing you could fault. Will be going back for sure.

The only slight critique is the hill up to the villas. we stayed at the highest Villa and the moped couldn’t quite get you all the way to top so would have to walk. The hill is VERY steep but I wouldn’t let this out you of staying

I contacted the Hotel 4 days before the check in since we had some problems with the ferry. nobody answered until I called them up by phone the day before to please change the reservation. They said it was too late but we all know how reservation with booking.com work. during my stay I tried via booking.com to cancel the first night and they at the end accept a 50% off on the first night. finally they charged my credit card without me present on the check out day and I have to say that the Duty Manager was really rude when I asked for clarification. amA good duty manager would have sort the problem professionally and more efficiently.

Food and beverage Service is really slow, e.g. whenever ordering drinks it would take at least 20 minutes or more. Staff at reception where a bit hit and miss on friendliness
