O conforto e a qualidade da higiene, e a atenção da equipe. Os pequenos mimos como o stroopwafel de boas vindas, a água saborizada e as cápsulas de Nespresso.
Os degraus para chegar chegar à recepção são um pouco difíceis para quem está com malas. A falta de uma recepção 24 horas também, pois as opções são um pouco complexas para quem não está acostumado (o staff não fica na recepção) como hotéis convencionais.

Estava tudo impecável! Uma das funcionárias esperou até fazermos check in ( chegamos por volta das 23 ) ! Correu tudo super bem e foi super prestável e amável.
O quarto é ótimo e a casa de banho tem imenso espaço. Até tem uma máquina de café/chá que achei excelente. Localização top se alugarem bicicleta(existe aluguer no hotel).
O chuveiro pequeno não tem imensa pressão , e o grande magoa a tomar banho.
A limpeza não estava a 100%.

We loved the location, neighborhood was very good. Breakfast was great! (You can reserve a spot the day before for 15 euros for the breakfast otherwise you pay 18 euros on the same day.) Freshly made pancake was always delicious no matter who made it. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Towels did not smell fresh and also one of them has a very bad stain which I suspected to be blood. I don't know how that got away the check and ended up in our room but I put that one away without using it and wished that the other towels did not smell like they have not been washed for months. Also pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. They were very hard and it was difficult to not wake up with neck pain.

Wonderful location. Helpful, kind and attentive staff. Very thoughtful welcome post card with stroopen waffle upon arrival.
Building and rooms were on the older side, but still charming.

Excellent location and proximity to museumplein. Staff was kind, helpful and very responsive to inquiries and restaurant recommendations.
Everything was great but the building and rooms are slightly older, however that is part of the charm of Hotel Fita.

La ubicación a Museumplein, realmente accesible. La excelente calidad del personal y anfitrión, especialmente recibimos el apoyo puntual de Mateus y la higiene impecable. El desayuno delicioso y abundante. Y lo mejor es que tenía ventana a la calle, una habitación hermosisima.
No tengo nada que expresar negativamente.

O Hotel é muito aconchegante, tem ótimo atendimento, segurança (somente hóspedes conseguem entrar e sair com uma chave), tem duas portas entre o corredor e os quartos deixando mais isolado e com menos barulho, quarto com espaço suficiente, ótimo chuveiro e localização espetacular.

Super clean, high quality toiletries, free waffle and hand written note on arrival, customer service was superb, location is right near the tram stops and the airport bus, centrally located but in a quiet street.

Mooi hotel, gezellige kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooi ligging, dichtbij het Vondelpark. En je loopt ook zo het centrum in. Aanrader.

Love the location, the facilities, the staffs, was surprised to find a stroopwafel and greeting card when I enter! Staff is super nice when asking about public transport. Will go back again when visiting Amsterdam :)

The staff was very helpful.
This is the quintessential Rick Steves kind of place.
The front stairs are very steep. We had to be let out of the garage to avoid it. The staff accommodated us in this.

I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room.
I didn't like the mix-up/confusion with bookings which meant I had to keep changing my room key, it didn't work on one occasion but worked for the front door. It took away from the experience of staying there to be honest. Would have been good with a key working the whole time without the hassle of constantly calling to reception to see if it worked.

Everything about the Hotel Fita was superb. The location is excellent, close to museums and a short walk to the tram. The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The lobby and staff were very inviting. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel Fita.

It could do with an update. Everything was a little tired and needed up graded.

Very nice and cozy hotel right next to Rijksmuseum... Room was bigger than I expected it was very clean and comfy with everything I needed for few days stay... I would highly recommend staying in this hotel and I will choose it again next time I'm in Amsterdam...

The location was perfect being less than a block to the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. The hotel was also close to a major local transit line so we could hop on and go to any other parts of Amsterdam. There are locals shops, restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The hotel concierge was very helpful at all times.

Location is very convinient, walking distance from the centre (30min from central station)
Room was cosy for a short stay if you are not planning to spend the whole time in the room.
Hotel employees were super nice and friendly, enjoyed chit-chat and laugh while concluding formal stuff. Check in took like 3 minutes.
It is very close to kindergarden/child daycare - we woke up from the sound of children playing outside the window (quite loud).. If you plan to sleep-in then the rooms on the street level will not suit.

great location and room more than adequate for the price tag. The staff were also very friendly, and the wifi worked great.
Nearby is a kindergarten, and kids may start playing (at an unexpected volume level) early in the morning.
