The size of the room, the location of the property, the staff every thing really

Only criticism I have is that the bed was a little uncomfortable for myself and my husband. But that could just be personal preference.

The shower head wouldn't stay up

we have stayed here quite a few times, however the last few times our 2 bedroom apartment we were allocated had a window above the main bed. the curtain over this window let’s light in behind it and directly into your face first thing in the morning, not fantastic if you don’t want to be awake before 6am

All was very good.

Perfect location, and room was quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean. A bonus was the short walk to the Old Lion Hotel for breakfast, where they make the perfect poached eggs.

Liked location and parking

The location is excellent. very quiet with lovely shady courtyards out side the rooms. coffee and food close by. good laundry facilities in room includes a trough. opening windows with fresh air. spacious rooms with all kitchen facilities. king beds.

the king mattress was ok but could have been upgraded. shower wasn’t always hot and it didn’t have very good shower head.

It was clean with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, utensils, etc. There was a bus stop on the street out front providing free transportation to the market and downtown area including Rundle Mall. The car parking lot was underground and secured though it did cost $15 per day. This place has class

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. Lots of room and with a good kitchen. There are quite a few stairs to negotiate to reach the "Annex" and so it may not suit anyone who finds stairs difficult. The same venue also has apartments closer to reception so that may be a better option for some. Directions to the Annex were a little hard to see in the night-time. The apartments are lovely and quiet and very serviceable. The Lion Hotel next door has great meals although the 2 times we went there we spent quite a bit of time waiting either to give our order or to receive it. But the food and atmosphere is very good.

Perhaps a bit more lighting to show the way to the Annex would be good but otherwise everything was great.
