The lobby was nice and well maintained to the Hilton standards

The location was horrible. I was afraid to get out of my car. There needs to be security present at this location. The room were not up to Hilton standards. The sofa was stained. Electricity didn’t work in a portion of the bedroom. It didn’t feel clean. It looks very worn down.

The staff were very courteous and willing to help. Though as a foreigner who spoke no Chinese, the staff used translation tools to communicate and assist us which was sweet and appreciable. Breakfast was great with several options both Chinese & Continental.

Room was dirty as it seems the carpets both around the room & under the cot haven’t been cleaned for ages. Toilet too small and dirty all around. Not some thing you expect from Marriott group.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great and the swimming pool and locker rooms are top-notch. We will visit again.

The beds are a bit smaller than most luxury hotels. Also, the buffet breakfast is not as nice as other hotels in this price range.

Service in dining room was okay.

Food was very poorly cooked and no where near the value for money. Chef did not understand what a well done steak was, seeing as one of them came as if it has been freshly killed and still bleeding. Staff were unfriendly and clearly did not want to deal with foreigners. I had to demand to be checked in by someone as they would have continued ignoring the fact that my wife and I were standing in front of them if they could have. One of the check in staff actually tried to serve the person behind us (non foreign) rather than deal with us even though we were right in front of her. No excuse for their behaviour and no proper apology received at the time. Hotel replied in response to survey that they will "train their front office staff and chef. This is supposed to be a Hilton Hotel and charges you like it. I would expect first off your staff have been trained prior to this and secondly a little more of a friendly reception.

Loved room 901 because it was on the corner and had two walls of windows
