Very convenient for beach and shops. Managed to get parking outside but there was a very good car park 1 min away

Quiet, cosy, comfortable family run establishment located in an area 5 mins walk from High St. & beach
They stopped providing breakfast during pandemic, there are numerous cafes on High St 5mins walk away. Parking is "permit holders" only but there is ample parking around the corner.

Really lovely couple and bedroom was lovely really comfortable we stayed in the twin room with ensuite .
Really close to the town walked everywhere great pub five mins away called the the railway inn great food at good prices and lidl even closer

The hosts were lovely people. Couldnt do enough for us. The storms had happened on the weekend we had booked but Hugh & Jenny were extremely helpful, accomodating us and our needs. Highly recommend, will definitely be staying there again.

I found the property itself to be very comfortable and Hugh was a brilliant and polite host, made us feel at home.
The parking around the area was ridiculous, as there was none apart from a car park up the road. I parked outside and ended up getting a 30 pound parking. Ticket that's why we didn't stay in the Sunday night even though we had paid. Also the fact we could not order breakfast and had to go out for that.

location staff were very friendly the property was very clean and tidy
the cold bath tap didnt work and the bath was covered up with a bath mate as the paint was coming off

It is a b&B but they said they don't do breakfast anymore. The bathroom is so tiny it's difficult to use. 1 guest even got stuck in the bathroom and had to shout for help. The owners then asked her to be quiet and not disturb the other guests!
How small the rooms are. The bathroom is the size of a cupboard. There was no breakfast and we should have been told ahead of time.

There is no handbasin in the ensuite, however there is a basin in the bedroom. The toilet is far too close to a large shower cubicle. It would make sense to reduce the size of the shower cubicle which would provide space to sit on the toilet and also allow room for a handbasin..

A nice cosy property in a quiet area fairly close to shops, restaurants and beach. The hosts were friendly and attentive at all times
Parking could be a little difficult due to yellow lines. There was a car park nearby.
