Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Zimmer, sowie das ganze Hotel sind nett eingerichtet und haben durch den Tunnel direkten Anschluss an die Pardatschgratbahn. Zudem gibt es ein sehr gutes Skidepot.
Einziger Kritikpunkt von uns war die doch relativ enge Tiefgarage.

alkoholausschank im aussen-wellnessbereich. mit bier in der hand im wasser stehen ist wiklich nicht schön! betrunken im wasser schon gar nicht. weiss gott was die alles noch im wasser machen? handy-verbot im wellnessbereich und ruhe in den ruheräumen sollte durchgesetzt werden.

service at the restaurant. the room type (old room). Suddenly we also had workers (plumbers) in our room while we clearly had the non-disturb sign on the door.

Very nice breakfast, outstanding spa and excellent service.
The only thing that is missing is a ski storage locker to put ski, helmets and clothes.

Some of the restaurant staff were quite moody! The most helpful and friendly were the reception staff, the Spanish barman and Melanie who seemed to work everywhere!
