location: right in the middle of Orvieto

everything is a bit outdated, shower is really to small and bathroom in general is not 4* hotel standard

Great location. Room 308 was big. Restaurant recommendations of the Reception staff were good. Hotel is clean and elegant. Amenities in the room like slippers were nice.

We had to park in Parking Via Roma due to planned events that prevented us from driving close to the hotel. We had to drag our luggage uphill about 800 meters to get to the hotel. if possible, try to find closer parking if you have heavy luggage. Room 311 looks at a wall and had problems with Internet reception. Not enough water in the refrigerator and we had to pay for it. A courtesy bottle would be nice for the price we paid.

Cost of private hire transport/taxi to our wedding venues/Station organised by hotel reception. Not metered. Hotel to Orvieto station, one way for 6 plus luggage was €50!

Very nice hotel in a great location Room was large, comfortable bed, good lighting. Breakfast was average. Wifi good. Friendly helpful staff.

The location is very central but not on any main street so it's quiet. The bathrooms were nice. Breakfast had everything that I would ever want and the staff kept the food coming. All the hotel staff are very helpful and nice.

We asked for 2 rooms with twin beds. 1 room was a twin but the other was prepared as a double. There is obviously some communication problem between booking.com and the hotels because the same thing happened with our hotel in Firenze. The staff were quick to fix the situation. Those beds are hard. I can do hard but we really didn't like these beds at all.

Great location. Front desk staff helpful. We enjoyed our room’s terrace with its views of the town.

Breakfast service would have been greatly improved with more staff. The buffet understandably was not self-service, adding to delays in getting food. The coffee service took even longer.

Location, breakfast, service was wonderful. Beautifully appointed. The balcony was especially nice. It was nice to have a tub.

We will return, but when we bring our son with a wheelchair we will have to stay elsewhere.

We liked most if not all of the experience. Both the hotel and the city is really nice. In particular, it was nice to see flowers and wine in the room upon our arrival as we celebrated our anniversary.
