the electric car charging point was free and worked. The staff were really helpful with my gluten sensitivity. The room was quiet and comfortable.

We had to go out for an early flight for one of our party and the gates were locked which caused us to panic a bit. Fortunately there are staff present 24hours so we were able to go out. the receptionist told me we needed to tell them about us going out, but as i was returning to the room and not checking out i didnt think this would be an issue. It would have been good to have been told this to avoid stress for my old mother who was getting a flight.

The staff is helpful The outside seating area, the pool and the restaurant. is very good, especially on the first day of arrival. If you are tired, you can enjoy inside the hotel, sit in the cafe and eat dinner in a quiet atmosphere.

Excellent management - they were very kind and accommodating with our requests (traveling with kids). Also, a nicely kept garden and a pool! We've stayed close to Bordeaux Airport numerous times, and definitely this hotel has been the best by far.
