Management made no extra effort to facilitate rugby guests by extending their hours to provide food / dining and breakfast. We were starving !

Mezzanine bedroom. Not suitable fir the elderly or impaired.

The staff were excellent, the room was magnificent.

The breakfast wasn't the best. The gym equipment needs replacing or maintaining!

Beds were comfortable Public transport makes this location very accessible from Nantes city centre Check in and out were very efficient

Did not have breakfast as felt the price was too expensive Decor in some areas is quite outdated Sun loungers need maintenance or replacing as some had large holes

loved the fact the pool has a cover so the children can play in any weather. we had a lovely refurbished room as well, it looks like they are refurbishing all of the rooms at the moment and they move your booking into one of the new rooms where possible! the best part of all was the waiter Akram! what a gentleman. he could not do enough for you. so genuine and kind and considerate. his mother raised him very well and she should be proud! my kids absolutely adored him and said he deserves a big pay rise!!

the sun beds don’t recline so you can’t lay flat which is a little bit annoying. you can’t lay on your front on these beds or lie flat on your back. I feel like some low volume music outside is also needed for a bit of atmosphere

In needs of a refurbishment, I have worked in a very similar property in the year 2000… exactly the same furniture

The room was comfortable, with plenty of space for 3 people. Meals are good and generous yet reasonable, and can be ordered in the room. No problems with noise.

The baby bed was very worn out. Extra baby equipment wasn't available, despite being mentioned on the "available upon request" equipment list. Bed sheets weren't changed between the two nights of our stay.

The restaurant was excellent and did a really good job when we were there. I thought the bar was nice as well but could use more beer selections. The hotel and rooms are showing a little age and could likely use some remodeling in the future but overall where very clean and nice.

Great friendly bar staff

Enquired about early check in and did not agree to take it - when I arrived early to leave my bags they gave me my room key so I assumed aa the hotel was empty they were giving it complimentary. Only to discover on checking out I was charged. It was not agreed and I wouldn’t have used it early had I known.

unpleasant staff at front office; rude and unwilling to help. this was true for one male staff only. Unlike most 4 star hotels in the world where you can ask for cooking of your eggs à la carte that option was not available.
