More lunch options would be great but that hardly mattered as there were plenty of places to eat nearby

- location is full of holiday investment buildings and by far not as exclusive as it looks on the picture it is on the beach -alongside maaany others - nothing to do in the area apart from going to the beach (just holiday houses around)

Literally nothing

Terribly overpriced. What you see on the photos and what you end up with is incredibly different. It is not by the beach, it is next to a beach. The hotel is old, the staff is nowhere near being guest friendly. Once I asked for a lighter and they told me to buy it from walk to the next market which is in 10 minutes distance. They have a small pool area where you need a token to enter! Everything is handled in an out-dated, old fashion way. Of all these years, I have never been this unhappy about a hotel that I booked via Booking.com and this is the first time i am bashing a place. I sincerely believe they don't deserve the stars or the ratings they have.

The location is perfect for the stay during the vacation/work, the view from the room over laguna (and sunset) is fabulous, the cleanliness of the room, the decor, interior - more than you would expect from a hotel. Close proximity to St.Cyprian port (restaurants, etc.), but you would preferrably need a car.

rooms are a bit small, but cozy and clean swimming pool is a bit chaotic, with 2 pools separated for hotel and apartments. Makes little sense

Good location and very good breakfast

Small bedroom, bedding was too hard, very bad noise insulation. We could hear everything from the neighbor room and from the corridor. Very windy corridor and common areas. The quality of the building is worth the price overall
