Excellent location, within walking distance to all of the things one wants to see of Tolouse. Friendly staff. Not super varied breakfast but still very good. It's on a sort of busy street which can be noisy but the double windows really take care of this problem.

We could easily hear other rooms, particularly the one above us everytime they were walking around. There are no sockets next to the bed or nightstands, only by the table, and I believe this to be essential even if just a detail.

Poor breakfast, but nice.

The room was tiny and faced the street.There was no light in the bathroom.There was no refrigerator. The person who received guests looked very suspicious. He was not friendly. He did not tell me that breakfast was not included and it cost 10 euros.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to the railway station and I was not disturbed at night.

Centre of city

Check-in was easy and the room was clean along with the bathroom. The room looked tidy. This hotel is located in the central area and is walkable from the main attractions. I would like to shout out to the guy who helped us check out. As we were checking out at 5 AM, even though the kitchen was not open, he helped us pack some food. It was a great gesture and we really appreciate it. It is a good place to stay for families and couples. There is a direct bus to Airport from just outside the hotel.

it was veeeery cold and they said there was no way to heat up the room since AC is broken (?).

- Even though I am normally a heavy sleeper it was impossible for me to sleep through all the night because you can hear everything through the wall. Everytime a door closed (which even happend at 3 AM) it was liked something banged against my door. I could even hear it clearly when people were walking/running.
