Excellent accueil. Les chambres ont été rénovées. Belle salle pour le petit déjeuner. Ce dernier est varié et fourni.

Le personnel sympa
La chambre n’a pas beaucoup changé depuis les années 90 !! Le pire le restaurant ! Si vous aimez les selfs ou les cafétérias d’autoroutes alors foncez !! Buffet entrée et dessert une famille avec 7 enfants qui crient vous bousculent et font des allers retours au buffet pour goûter et remettre sur le buffet les mousses au chocolat et tarte au pommes qu’ils n’aiment pas !!!! Le personnel ne dit rien !!!! Je ne vous parle pas du petit déjeuner !!!

The location is ideal for motorway (autoroute) access. The Citi de l'Espace is next to the hotel - awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and there are fast food outlets in the vicinity. The hotel room was very clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking available on site.
We had a twin room, as requested, but there was not a lot of room between the beds. A few more inches would have made a difference.

The restaurant was excellent ; clearly a talented chef.The buffet for breakfast was wide ranging and appealing similarly for the evening buffet.The staff were friendly and the room clean with chromecast available so we could watch Netflx and YouTube. Our window overlooked Space city so we got a great view of the Ariane Rocket and Mir space Station! All staff were welcoming and professional.
Not ideal if you wanted to look around central Toulouse because a 20 minute car journey would have been needed

Very comfortable room. We had a view of a rocket ship from our room. Secure parking. Nice place to sit outside with a drink.
Reception spoke English and there were some English signs. The let down was no English translation for the menu in the restaurant

This is the best Campanile hotel I ever saw. The hotel was very clean. Restaurant was very good both for dinner and for breakfast. It is just beside Cité de l'Espace and a few km away from the center and from the airport. Also very near to the highway. I will surely come back again.

I very much liked the open salade bar. Lots of choice. And the choice of breakfast food was super.
The bed was excellent, big and very confortable.
not enough TV chanels. I couldn't find any English programmes.
The bath tub is a bit difficult to get in and out of.

All the staff was really friendly and there were a lot of breakfast options to chose from. It was great that the hotel offers familyrooms. The top bunkbed had protection, so was safe for the kids to sleep
The beds where a bit hard and the room was a bit dusty.

Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. If your only purpose of staying here is the space park, location is great, but difficult to justify more than 1 or maybe 2 nights. Room view of the rocket was spectacular!
Staff felt very "blase", although they were helpful and adequately responded if addressed. Hotel meals were only OK, breakfast was underwhelming

the location is good
When I book a hotel with AC in the room than I expecting that this works. After asking the Hotel Staff I learn that the whole AC System from the Hotel is switched off. we moved out earlier because we had sleepless nights. Unfortunately we need to pay even the nights we not stay. big thanks to booking com

the restaurant was lovely , meal fabulous , breakfast fabulous . our hire car broke down the first morning . the managing director phoenix Europcar to get it all sorted for us . they were so helpful
