Le personnel agréable, l’emplacement parfait près de La Défense Arena. Hôtel accueillant.
Lit très confortable, chambre propre.
Partenaire de La Défense Arena, on pouvait avoir un coupe-file pour le concert, on rentre et on entends du Taylor Swift, parfait pour se mettre dans le jus avant le concert.
Manque d’un sèche-cheveux et d’un plateau de bienvenue (bouteille d’eau, sachets de thé ou café).
Un petit coup de peinture.

Friendly check in, offering a hot drink while it was freezing outside.
Overall the hotel is pretty outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms are very simple and the walls are black in the corners. Bathroom is old, small and basic. I did not use the kitchen in the room, it wasn't very inviting. My studio has not been cleaned in the 4 days I stayed there. It was not a comfortable stay and I won't be returning. At the end of a long days work, I did not enjoy returning to this hotel.

Location and lovely staff.
Easy for metro and trains brilliant links to city and versailles.
Room small and tired carpet patched socket hanging from wall by bed etc. Very hot had to request a fan needs one permanently.

LOCATION - we loved the location in La Defence. It was safe via RER A train, easy to navigate and close to shops
VALUE FOR MONEY - our room accommodated 4 adults so having this price in the center of Paris is really a good value
STAFF - Ahmad was very helpful and friendly.
FACILITIES - good bed and has kitchen to save some money for groceries. We appreciated having electric fan since there is no AC
Room for improvement...
1 install exhaust in the toilet and kitchen
2 toilet floor needs drainage to avoid water flooding that can resch the carpet
3 recommend to take out the garbage on daily basis
4 needs a little room cleaning at least

The room had the facilities I would need.
There were spaces for me to store my things.
The bed was reasonably comfortable with enough pillows to get a decent rest.
The shower wasn't the best as there was no way for me to adjust the height.
I found a bug on the curtains.
The floor was stained and dirty.
There was no full sized mirror meaning anytime I needed to check anything I had to use the small bathroom one. This was not good for me as I had to use the TV to dry my hair

Bathroom was so small, your legs were hitting the door when you used the toilet, mould on the ceiling, some plug sockets not working, wallpaper peeling off in bathroom, extractor Dan not working, housekeeping on last day wanting to get in and clean before we left the place

It was rather quiet for Paris standards, very nice, especially for a running trip. The staff let me have a shower afterwards (marathon) too, that was marvelous service!

The staff was SUPER friendly, very welcoming and nice. It was a very good experience.
Lots of book and board games for children and family.

friendly reception staff. they played “angel” music in the lobby- we were there for the concert! loved the kitchen apart hotel format even though we ate out and did not use the facilities.

The aparthotel is quite close to the Defense metro station and it takes only 15 minutes to reach Paris. It was useful to have a parking (euro 11/night) in the garage. We liked having a little kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle and microwave.
There could have been more attention to detail. The stove top wasn't working properly when we arrived. There was no hair dryer in the room, but reception provided one upon request. However their was no plug close enough to see oneself in a mirror while drying one's hair. There were no bedside lamps, minimal comfort.

The facilities were good. Andrew was exceptional. He attended to every need and was helpful with directions to get around Paris. The food was good too.
Internet could be unstable at times but generally good.
