Le petit déjeuner m'a déçu un peu. Il était copieux mais la qualilté était décevante.

Lokatie is goed en je kan ook parkeren op straat. Wij waren met een bus en konden niet in de parkeergarage.

Je moet geen haast hebben want de lift doet er lang over en stopt altijd eerst bij de receptie of je dat nu wil of niet

Zeer goede locatie vlak naast de uitgaansbuurt. Nadeel is wel dat je 's nachts wat dronken geroep hebt op de espalande onder je raam maar dat is onvermijdelijk.

In de kamer die voor 3 volwassenen werd verhuurd waren maar 2 bedden opgemaakt en waren er maar 2 handdoeken, er was nauwelijks toiletpapier (zelfs de reseverol die klaarlag was bijna volledig leeg) zakdoekjes in de badkamer waren op 2 na leeg, fles om water op de gang te gaan halen was zeer vuil, tapijt in kamer was vuil, lavabo was vuil, , badkamer en kamer gaf afgeleefde indruk, halfopgegeten borden in de gang werden pas zeer laat de volgende dag weggehaald. Raam was gebarsten...

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in Metz, gutes Frühstück

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Lage mitten im Zentrum sehr ansprechend. Frühstück war gut.

In der Beschreibung stand, dass das von uns gebuchte Zimmer einen Safe hätte. Dieser war nicht in unserem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage wurde das Personal abweisend. Anscheinend hatten sie keine Lust uns ein neues Zimmer zuzuweisen. Frühstück war gut, obwohl das Personal sichtlich überfordert mit der Anzahl der Gäste war. Leider haben wir teure Kopfhörer bei der Abreise im Zimmer vergessen, konnten telefonisch, auch nach nur einer Stunde nach dem Auffallen des Fehlens, das Hotel nicht erreichen. Auch Tage später war die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels nicht möglich. Auf mehrere Emails unsererseits wurde nicht geantwortet. Natürlich haben WIR die Kopfhörer im Zimmer liegen lassen, hätten wir jedoch einen Safe gehabt, wäre das nicht passiert. Und überhaupt keine Antwort auf die Emails zu bekommen oder telefonisch nicht erreichbar zu sein, ist einfach nur schlechter Service. Beim nächsten Mal, würden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Und auch die Hotelkette nicht.

Good location in the centre, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Cafes and Bars as well as for sightseeing. Sita above a chopping centre which is good and of course it has an outdoor swimming pool.

I wouldn't pick out anything, really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastisch hotel midden in de stad. Heerlijk zwembad en leuke kinderhoek. Het ontbijt was subliem!

poor breakfast, parking is very crowded and it's difficult to find the lots near the entrance to the hotel. The main entrance from the street is very strange - you have to use elevator which is very slow. The overal feeling around the hotel is not safe.

It is just few steps from the city center.

The room and the lobby were quite dirty.

Swimmingpool and waterrefill on every floor.

No pizza during dinnertime, after 19.00.

The hotel is easy to get to from the motorway and located centrally so easy to walk to restaurants, shops, bars etc Room was a reasonable size, clean and modern Nice to have a pool, which was a good size

There is a car park beneath the hotel but we couldnt use it as the height restriction doesnt allow for a roof box. We did manage to park in Coisin open car park which is a short walk away. The hotel is directly above the station and there was a bit of a scuffle going on when we arrived which was a bit unsettling initially but seemed to be fine once the station had closed up and next day.

Superb location, right in the heart of the town, close to shops and bars and yet somehow also isolated from them all when you have had enough. Roof top outdoor pool is fabulous.

The staff went the extra mile for us!

Airconditioning is very soft! There are a small options for gluten free like we had in novotel rome! (Only two breads). When we type the adres, google maps show us other place.

The location was perfect - right off of the town square and easily accessible to all the sites by foot. The restaurant was also nice surrounding the pool and the breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel was very run down and in need of a lot of repairs and TLC. Our room was old, the mattress was worn and it was quite claustrophobic for three people - we had our 12 year old son with us.

This hotel is in a great location, the pool is an added bonus especially for the children. Staff very helpful. The room was clean and big enough for 4. We did not eat at the hotel but the bar area was lovely.

The lift is very small and takes forever as it seems to have to stop at reception floor each way on every journey !

Central location, swimming pool, kids park, very clean and professional, staff are very friendly. Parking on site, Quiet rooms, reusable filtered water bottle, Great waterfall showers and good bathroom facilities

Paying for parking

Extremely central location close to Place St. Jacques (more for young people) and the beautiful cathedral with the square in front of it with the covered market and restaurants serving Quiche Lorraine in its home city. Clean room with little fridge, though no electric sockets by the bed. Good breakfast.

Entry to the hotel from the street only via the Centre St Jacques shopping centre, From the yellow level of the car park there is a dedicated lift from "Yellow 3" marked "Acces Novotel" (if the access ramp arrives at 1 o'clock location in the car park, this is at about 11 o'clock location but concealed by pillars). See photos Internal signage is very difficult to read (black on black).

Hotel is verouderd

The pool and the bar area are lovely. The room was considerable and clean. Great shower

The hall outside our room had a horrific stench of urine. The car park signage was awful and left us wandering and looking for the hotel.
